Chapter sixty one

I wanted to go to her and give her a huge embrace the moment I saw that she had come to see me but I had to control myself, it didn’t matter if we’d become friends, the truth remained that she was my ex girlfriend’s sister and what would I say made me hug her in a place like this?

We converse for a while and hearing her say she trusted me brought me inner warmth and even though I wouldn’t really care about anyone’s trust for me when I knew I was innocent, knowing she trusted me made me happy and I smiled at her.

I was now at peace for some reason and all this was merely because I’d seen her face and it made me feel good. Trusting me wasn’t enough however and I needed to know if she was willing to help me and when she said she was, I felt even better.
