I staggered as I stared at the doctor. When I had stared at the doctor for a while, I burst out into laughter. There was no way he could die, absolutely no way. He loved me too much for that. I knew it, my Raymond would never die and leave me.

I could see the shocked look on the doctor’s face as I laughed out loud. “You’re such a good prankster, doctor. It’s so funny.” I said as tears started to stream down my cheeks. “You’re joking right, tell me you’re joking.” I said as I swallowed.

I hoped it was a joke, I really did because I couldn’t imagine my life without Raymond anymore. I rushed to the doctor as I grabbed him by the collar, throwing the towel the nurse had given me off. “Tell me it’s a joke!” I yelled at him and he tried to professionally get my hands off his shirt.
