His annoying persuasion

GRACE

After a long, satisfying sleep- the kind I’ve not experienced since Ruby’s breakdown- I slowly stretched my body to a sitting position, a loud yawn widening my mouth at the same time.

My eyes peeled open and they slowly compassed the room. I observed the features I didn’t get to study yesterday. At the end of that tour, my gaze settled on the flower field which will always be a wonderful sight to wake up to and the urge to pee pressed me to get off the bed.

But as my feet touched the ground, I realised that there was a tiny problem.

There were two doors in the room and I have no idea which is the bathroom.

I should have followed Dominic to the shower last night. I shouldn’t have let laziness lure me into staying still in bed even after sharing heated moments with Dominic.

As my eyes darted between the door that was a few metres away from the side of the bed and the one at the far end of the room, my legs took the chance and raced toward the closer door.
