CHAPTER TWENTY

Anna's Pov

"Where do you think you are going with the kids?" Ella asked with her hands clasped together.

"I am getting an apartment because I don't see this place as safe," I said while folding our clothes.

"Really?"

I didn't say a word. I know she must be hurt because we have come a long way but I am not feeling safe again.

After I heard what happened to my kids while I was away in the hospital, I felt it was time for us to relocate to a very safer place.

"I am sorry but I can't risk this" My shoulders dropped.

"Anna, I understand you but it's fine. I can go with you if you don't mind"

I stared at her in shock, "Uh. You don't have to, you know,"

"I don't mind, but at least I will miss the children" She made a funny face which got me laughing.

"It's okay, we will stay and watch how the days unfold, meanwhile, I have to be at work in the evening"
