I had Sary help me review every candidate, and we made a pile of files, each position with the nays, maybes, and a yes. I knocked on Al's door and walked in. He and Vamir discussed each leading position's task and the possible profile we must search for.
"Al, I wanted to hand you the screened candidates for the two positions we must fill. They are separated by gender because I need my Female Delta and Gamma." I informed him.
"Do you need my input for the female positions?" he asked, and I nodded. We were working together, and it was so rewarding knowing that my mate trusted me with serious matters of the kingdom.
"Yeah, but after the first interview. We must see them personally and see if we are a match. These positions require a lot of trust, and we need to find someone with whom we could quickly build a bond
