Nimue raised her hands high up in the air to strike Zephyr but before she could get to him, she found herself unable to move.

She was stuck!

What was happening?

Before she could think of it, Zephyr's eyes opened and he glared angrily at her.

"W-what's happening?" She stammered and her heart pounded in fear.

"How are you awake?" She was confused. As much as she knew, the sleep inducer was so powerful that most times, it could put one to sleep for up to three days. So how come it didn't have any effect on Zephyr?

"You're weak" he taunted her.

In actuality, he was also surprised that her magic didn't have any effect on him. He had heard about Nimue and the power of her magic so at some point, he became scared that she'd actually succeed with her plans but not until Gwydion put his magic to good use.

Nimue then tried to wiggle and shake out of whatever was holding her but she heard a mocking laugh, stopping her in her place.
