Zaria's POV

“You look so beautiful, Zaria.” Arthur's son told me and I smiled while nodding, “Thank you.” Then I showed him the ring on my ring finger. “Your father and I are about to get married soon.”

He nodded, “I know.”

“You know?”

“Yes. My father has been stuck up on you from a very long time ago. About time you finally picked up the glasses and tie the knot, you two.”

I smiled. Good thing Arthur was stuck up on me that he even let me be alone with his son. Others could call that love but I would call it recklessness. He didn't look at me well enough to know my hidden intentions, so it was his fault that I was doing this to him. He brought all this trouble upon himself. Oh what a pity it was that his son was dying young.

“So what do you do after work?” Arthur’s son walked around Zaria and she answered.

“I paint.”

Arthur's son smiled, “You do? Me too!”
