CHAPTER 82: THE FAILED PLAN

Talon’s POV

I couldn't believe that Nelson had exposed our relationship to Eric. I was furious with him, and I blamed him for ruining my life.

I had lost everything, including my father’s trust. But then something unexpected happened. Naya and I had to move in to a house that I had built for us, even though we were meant to move in later on.

I wanted us to have a place to stay, a place where I could call my own. I paced around the building, thinking about what my dad felt about me now.

Certainly, like he said he was disappointed and he felt betrayed. I was disappointed in myself too. For a while, I kept reflecting on the actions I took. I no longer regretted that I met Naya, but I regretted that I had lied to my father.

He didn’t deserve to be played like that. He had been a good father to me and I have tried as much as I could to be a good son to him. But, now everything was crumbling.

He no longer wanted to see me again and I couldn't think of a way to get back into his life. I
