Brent was at a loss for words to describe how he was feeling at that precise instant, but he had the distinct impression that he was about to lose Hermosa for good from this point forward.

He suddenly blacked out and collapsed into a chair outside of the operating theatre as a dull agony shot through his heart.

Wilbur was startled by his sudden episode of fainting and called the nurses to transport him to the ward so that he could receive medical attention.

Brent has a vivid dream in which an elderly woman who is reminiscent of Hermosa approaches him and inquires as to his true identity. The dream goes on for quite some time.

He continued to insist that he was Hermosa's husband whenever she questioned him.

However, when the woman heard what was going on, she reached out and strangled him.

In the absence of any other sound, he simply allowed the elderly woman to suffocate him.

He groaned, frustrated that he was unable to break free of his captivity.
