Miguel's POV

The patients, doctors, and nurses burst out of the building, all of them running for fear of what was to come at any moment now.

I turned to Mason, “Have you heard anything from Perez yet?”

“No. The last I heard of him was when he requested that we wait because Nando might be provoked to blow up the place if we went barging in.”

“Is that so?” I clenched my jaw. That prick was causing more trouble than he was worth, and I was enraged.

“Yes, but there's another way in. I got the blueprint of the hospital right here. There is a tunnel under the hospital, and we can use that to work our way in, and get them out.”

“Sounds good to me. Let's go,” I said, and the minute we took a few steps all that hope was immediately sucked away.
