Chapter Forty-Seven I Am Not Giving Cadma Mixed Signals?

My wolf needed to run among the trees after leaving the meeting. When we were raised in the mountains, we didn't get the chance to run as often. I could feel someone staring at me. There was no way it was Andor, for if it had been, I would feel the bond seeping into me, causing tingles all over.

When I run, I imagine Andor with me in my daydreams. Unlike the forest leaves, Andor's hair is black as night, and his eyes are green like the leaves of a tree. I think about how solid, firm, and handsome his pecks are, a part of the eight-pack he wears so well. Having stubble on his chin gives him that bad boy look that you would see on TV. It was indeed delicious to look at Andor, but then all shifters are sexy.

My childhood was filled with hiding and ogling Cadma in all his sexy glory. Cadma's silky white hair seemed to float in the breeze. He had strong arms that made me feel safe and warm when he hugged me. In an instant, I felt compelled to touch his chest because of the

He is not going to trick me; I will kill the blood-sucking Vampire! If he wasn't planning to sink his teeth into me, why is he not letting me go?! I could hear the rustling of leaves and laughter. Rector is growling, but who would be laughing? "Cornelius, could you let my mate go? No doubt she thinks you want to drink her blood as a snack. How are you, my cousin? More importantly, why are you in my territory without letting me know first?" In my anger, I could not recognize the pain caused by Cornelius dropping me like a sack of potatoes. My gaze turned to him, and I snapped and growled at him. As of yet, Kiera was not so sure he was not a danger. "Kiera, let Ashina take over. There are clothes behind some of the trees around." Kiera did as Andor instructed and headed behind some trees and got changed.

Andor’s point of view –Sadly, I headed back to my office, with tons of approvals and denials to send via email to different wolf packs. The work never seems to truly end. One set of emails is responded to and filed into electronic folders as well as a printed hard copy and filed away. Just ten minutes later, the mailbox fills up again.According to one pack, I should fund the establishment of a petting zoo. Let's be honest here, this isn't a matter of royalty here. This Alpha is not an infant pup, Alpha. He is a seasoned Alpha and knows better. It is purely a matter of him trying to get some free money from us. As each pack owns and operates its own business, all the packs are self-sufficient through the income that they generate from their businesses. If they need help with the repair of their public roads, we are able to help them. We can help them in the event that they need more warriors to protect their pack as a result of an external war that is affe

I was outside in the cool night air. The wind blew my ponytail across my face as if it were whiplash. I felt a pain in my head. I ended up wrapping my hair up in a bun and trying to wrap all my hair in a snug little pony holder. Thinking about today and this evening, something felt off. I couldn’t pinpoint it. First, the vampire was going to lend me some of his vampires to fight Malcolm. He explained that Malcolm was experimenting with humans, trying to change them into varied species and then mercilessly killing them. There seemed to be no end to Malcolm's treachery. What had prevented anyone from revolting against him for so many years? While I wasn't sure if I wanted to accept bloodsuckers into my crew, everyone convinced me that the vamps' ability to go invisible and make their way around Malcolm's territory while no one knew it was a good sale, plus they could hypnotize people by just looking at them. Now, hypnotizing doesn’t work in large groups. They had to look at a person on

Cadma’s point of view – Why didn't Ashima ask me if I wanted to help with the training of those pups? I do not understand why she asked Andor to help her train instead of me. I promise you; I am going to take her away from here when I come back. Irlas – "It's time for you to shut up you stupid human! There is no way she can be our mate! My position is that, if you mate with her, I promise to make sure that the Gods pair me up with a different human for me." Cadma – “How can you deny me love, Irlas? Are you really so cold-hearted? I only love Ashina.” Irlas – There is no love between you and her, you idiot! The only reason you have the illusion you love her is because you haven’t conquered her yet. Once you have conquered her sexually and emotionally, her wolf scent will become more apparent to you. She will become a revulsion for you, not the love you thought you had with her. I spat out with anger.Irlas - "Let me bite his head off and he will no longer be a threat!" with an angry raspy voice I yelled. Roaring in agreement silently, I concur with Irlas. Pyronis - Ignoring the imbecile prince, I continued my conversation. It isn't about him and I and our differences. This is about the princess and her brother. When the whelp came out from behind the idiot, I was in shock. He was much younger than the princess but he could have been her twin. I was going to order blood work to prove kinship but it is obvious he is her sibling. Looking over at Gandor, "I have checked the surroundings and I see there is no hidden military preparing to ambush us. I have the princess here with me. Olivia's point of view - When I received permission to land and learned there were no ill wills between us and this King. It was exciting to see one of my siblings who had been hidden by our parents. It was my great fortune to be hidden with the Aurelian golden dragon clan as the eldest of my siblings. During my mother's lifetime, she ensured that her DNA was kept in the national blood database. As a result, when the child becomes curious about who they are, their DNA can be tested so they at least know what kind of dragon they are. I was certain that he would be safe, since my parents would never hide them in a dangerous clan. The moment I landed, I noticed Pyronis was currently in a really bad mood. A sundress is handed to me by Pyronis, and I throw it over my head, putting my arms through the straps of the dress, and then I start to put it on.My favorite flower is the daisy, and this dress seems to be made out of sunshine with daisies adorning it. "Pyronis, have you found your true mate?" Pyronis looks quizzically as my father asks the question, "No sir, I have not. I would prefer to choose my mate. I have already fallen in love with Olivia." My dragon cannot help but give a possessive roar. Which does not make my father very happy. "Son, and you keep Irlas under control!" Giving a deep sigh and speaking with a lot of authority, "Pyronis, do you know the laws of the shifters in total? Do you not?"Pyronis looked down sheepishly at the table and replied reluctantly, "Yes, Yes I do sir. I do not agree with them, but I do know them." • Ashina the Lost Princess   Chapter Ninety: The Meeting with The Royal Kingdoms Alphas

Ashina -- When Andor and I arrived back to what is now our kingdom, the Dark Moon royal pack, my parents granted us many rights, including overseeing new member rituals and other duties of a king and queen. The only thing left was to transfer the titles to us. My mother insisted on waiting until her return and wanted both Andor and me to undergo six months of training. I had several meetings with the packs in the royal kingdom, and it became clear that there were too many packs in one kingdom, leaving their needs unmet. They also voiced concerns about my mother’s temper and magic, which led to Malcolm stirring up unrest among upset Alphas. I proposed a solution to divide the kingdom into smaller regions, each with its own King and Queen elected by the packs. Additionally, there would be a counselor to work with the royal couple, ensuring checks and balances. Each pack would have its own council reporting to the main council, which in turn would report to the

Andor— I found myself completely speechless in the presence of the queen. The memory of her sister's death had been buried deep within me for so long, a defense mechanism to preserve my sanity, my therapists had said. It was impossible for me to convey to her that I couldn't remember what she had seen in my subconscious. A weight settled in my chest as I realized how much her sister's role in my life meant to her, knowing that blocking the memory would only add to the queen's grief, knowing that it was Lisa who had saved my family's lives. As if she could sense my turmoil, Queen Amira attempted to comfort me. "Don’t worry about what you can and cannot remember. You were just a toddler when this happened. I have another question for you. Could I get Ashina and you to take over the kingdom temporarily while my spouse and I bring in the traitors that abandoned their post to guard Ashina and her brother?" Andor –The fireball had knocked Ashina out, and I rushed to carry her to the medical tents, navigating through the tunnels to avoid encountering too many non-mated male warriors. Her mating scent hadn't become strong yet, so I was relatively safe from wolf shifters attempting to claim her as theirs (My Mate). When I entered the medical tent, I noticed several male shifters sniffing the air. Amidst the chaos, a healing witch hurried over to me and directed me to a tent designated for women only. She explained that the tent was enchanted to conceal mating hormones from non-mated males. To manage the females' heat until the war was over, they administered medicinal herbs that would allow them to complete the mating once the conflict had ended.I nodded and followed the nurse to where Ashina would receive care. As the nurse started IVs for Ashina, I observed her receiving the herb intravenously. Though Ashina's heat made me yearn to mate with her, it wasn't the appropriate time or place t

Amira:I was amazed to discover that my powers had returned even stronger than before. I couldn't help but feel that the Moon Goddess had played a role in healing me and enhancing my abilities. I couldn't express enough gratitude to the moon goddess for this gift. Every spell, every incantation, every snap of my fingers felt effortless and natural.I could see the admiration in my daughter's eyes as she watched me use my powers. She seemed to think of me as some kind of super witch, despite the fact that we were werewolves with elemental powers, not witches. As royal werewolves, we are also granted the power of sight when we are crowned. Personally, I am gifted with the ability to see someone's past. In my mother's case, she could see what people were doing in real time. I couldn't help but wonder what kind of sight Ashina would gain once she was crowned.I couldn't help but inwardly laugh as I continued to provoke Griselda, knowing that revealing the truth wasn't for her benefit, but

Dropping to my knees beside my brother, my heart raced at the sight of the gash on his forehead. The blood, so much blood, it looked worse than it probably was. My breath caught in my throat as I saw his dragon working to heal the wound. A mixture of relief and anger surged through me. Gandor had disobeyed my orders, and now he was here, hurt. I stood up, my hands trembling with a burning rage as I grabbed Gandor by the collar and shook him. “What were you thinking? You were supposed to stay home! Do you realize you could have been killed, Gandor!” He just shrugged with an infuriating nonchalance, his eyes flicking away, refusing to meet my gaze. My patience snapped. “What's so important that you couldn't listen to me for once?!” Gandor's eyes widened, and he nodded over my shoulder. “Ashina, who is that woman behind you?” I turned, seeing that it was our mother he had never really met. He was just a baby when we escaped so many years ago. Sadly,

  • Ashina the Lost Princess   Chapter Eighty-Five: What Kind Of Trickery Is This?

Kiera – I stood there watching Malcolm taunt and laugh at me. No Denison can laugh at me and stay alive because I'm a royal alpha wolf. It is beyond my comprehension why this obnoxious human would stand there laughing. The fear of my wrath should have him shaking. Groar – “Attempt to kill Malcolm if you dare, he's a formidable opponent. He will kill you little wolf, if I haven’t killed you first.” Kiera – With a growl, I charged towards Malcolm, aiming for his neck. What kind of trickery is this? When I bite into his neck, it fades like the mist of fog hovering above the lake in the morning. I hear Groar roar with laughter as if he was watching slapstick comedy. Anger welled up from the fire pit that was boiling from deep inside of my gut. I started chewing on the hardened scales of the black dragon. I would dig my way to his heart and eat it. I could feel Ashina pulling through trying to shift. I needed to kill this dragon. It cannot think of living after disrespecting me.

-Ashina - I leaned out the window and listened to the evil blonde witch behind me rant about how Margaret was young and weak in comparison to her. MS. Evil Witch was adamant that she was a much deadlier witch than Margaret. It’s blah blah blah. I was working up the courage to jump out the window, talking to myself. I decided I would count to three, then I would jump out the window. 1 (1000), 2(1000), 3(1000) Okay, I needed to count again. I just messed that up. Naturally, my sweet wolf, who always encourages me at the wrong time, chimes in. Kiera - "Chicken!!! Bawk, bawk, bawk. Well, you will lose your ride if you don't hurry! Or the wicked witch of the west to barbecue us ala flambe." Ashina -- " Well, if you're all hyped up about jumping out of that window, I'll shift so that you can jump in my place." Kiera - " If I jump or you jump we will both suffer and die either way. Also, if I was supposed to fly, I would have been born a dragon, and seeing as I am not one, I would not jum

As I looked out, I noticed this tower was high above the clouds. The first question I asked myself was it duck hunting season? I swear I saw birds flying in a V formation. My thoughts were interrupted by an angelic voice, but I could feel the evil aura radiating from her. There was nothing angelic about the person who was speaking in front of me.My abductor was a tall, blonde woman with soft curls, dressed like a woman from the days of ballrooms and fancy dresses.
