If there was one thing I learnt from the honeymoon trip with Sebastian, it was never to expect Sebastian to reveal his plans to you.

I heard he was in the estate for the first time in two weeks after we returned from our honeymoon from Jaden. Apparently, he was going over his schedule for the rest of the month with Ari.

"There's my wife. Stalking people already." Sebastian's lazy drawl drifted into my ears.

I looked up to find him leaning close to the kitchen counter, arms folded over his chest. There was no way to know what he truly felt from looking at his face, a blank piece of canvas.

But that didn't stop me from noting the faint trace of a sly grin dimpling his cheeks. His eyes lit up in amusement as he lazily used his eyes to undress me.

A strange sort of relief washed through me. I hadn't even thought I was that interested to know the wellbeing of Sebastian until this very moment.
