As I leaned into Axel, I'd never felt more at peace.

"I miss this", he whispered in my hair. "I really miss this."

I nodded in agreement. It had been so long since we sat in peace like this, without fear of anyone or anything going wrong. This was good.

"When will the funeral hold?"I decided to take the bull by the horn.

Axel seemed happier for the past week. He was still grieving, but in his own quiet way. I knew he might just grief for a very long time, losing a family member, his own twin would be heartbreaking. He'd remember Asher in the little things. He was in his memory, in the childhood pranks and jokes, in growing up. Asher was everywhere.

And maybe that wasn't such a bad thing. Asher may not have been the best brother, but he was still loved by Axel.

"Next week. The earlier the better", Axel spoke in my hair. "I've assigned the planners with the funeral arrangem
