Chapter 135

As soon as I turned back to see Jennifer, she wasn't at her seat anymore. A sudden panic ran into my body as I looked around hurriedly, scanning the party hall to find her and stopped once my eyes spotted her.

I took a step towards her but my feet froze when I realised that she wasn't alone. Jessica was with her and the way Jennifer had her hand grabbed was clearly telling that she wasn't there with her own will.

I frowned and before I could contemplate anything, Jennifer started dragging her towards the stage with her faltering steps.

She was too drunk to even walk properly but her grip on Jessica’s hand was more than sobar of her. The expressions she had on her face were scary enough to guess what was going to happen.

“ Shit!” Cursing lowly, I raced towards her hurriedly as she reached the host and snatched the mic from his hand sending him into shock.

“ Good evening…G-Gadies and Lentenman!!” All the heads turned towards them, shooting another wave of panic in me as
