Raghav

I have fired three people today but so what? I pay them good salary so they do their work with perfection not to chill around. I just wanted one report perfectly bloody one report but no they can't even do that. I am working here even on Saturday night but what  you can do when you have empire to run. Kabir my little brother has just completed his post graduation and still learning.

I am 32 years old CEO of Kapoor Corporation. I have worked hard in past 8 years to expand our business and I am quite successful. But with success you also get lots of work as well. I can barely get time for my self. From outside our life looks full of glitter but no it is not like that. Danger always play around our selves. Some times on us or sometimes on our business.

Finally, work got completed and I can go home. Obviously I am taking some work with me to complete at home. Also I have 1 late night meeting as well. I was about to leave when my best buddies came to me.

Veer Khanna and Saurya Khurana. We are best buddies since childhood. Veer was away for 5 years when we were 10 years old but still we three are besties.

Veer spoke ''Heyy Saddu.''

Did I tell you that he loves to tease me. They also run their family business but still childish as always. I replied ''I am fine lover boy.'' And Saurya said ''Let's go party.'' 

I got shocked ''How come my sisters gave you permission?'' We had pact in our childhood that wife of one will be sister to other two because we all three don't have sister. This two are total lover boy so how come they got time today? Saurya is married to Shikha and his parents have died long back. While Veer is Married to Kahani and he has his father and uncle in his family.

They both replied ''Dude it's not like we don't hang out after our marriage.'' Yahh but still I like to tease them. At the end we all went to club had some drinks and left for our respective home. At club we mostly have some drinks and chat no dance or anything exotic.

Girls throw their selves at us but we are not like that. They both are married and I believe in arrange marriage so I don't want this flings. In my family everyone had arrange marriage and all are happy so I can be happy as well. At start i wasn't ready to settle down and all so my family respected that and then there was some problem in my horoscope so they didn't wanted me to get married.

As I reached I saw my home. Big mansion. Everyone has kind of big room which consist bedroom study and living room in the suite. We don't allow visitors or guests to those floors.

As I entered inside my Monkey got me in bear hug. My little brother Kabir. He is son of my Chote papa(uncle) and choti maa(aunty) but he is my little baby brother.

I asked him ''what happened?'' He smiled sheepishly and said ''Everyone is waiting for you for icecream.'' Ok. This is not strange at all. Not the sarcasm.

I went inside and my mom Riya Kapoor asked ''Did you had dinner?'' I nodded. My Choti ma Kavya Kapoor asked ''Where were you till now?'' I replied ''I was having dinner and drinks with Veer and Saurya.'' 

My Dad Ram Kapoor spoke ''Ask them to come home. We haven't meet them or our friends since so much time.'' I nodded. My uncle Bharat Kapoor said ''It's been long time we met Khanna's or Khurana's .'' I nodded.

My Dadi Vaidehi Raghuvendra Kapoor spoke ''Come here Raghav seat beside me.'' I went there and sit beside my dadi.

She held my hand and said ''Raghav I think now you should get married. You are now 32 years old.'' I know this was coming so I just nodded and said ''You can find girl dadi. I believe in your choice.'' As I always wanted arrange marriage I have no problem if they find a girl for me. Now i should get married it's perfect timing.

Dadi smiled and said ''Old friend of your grandfather dropped by our house today. Due to some conflicts we were not in talking terms but now everything is fine. We also discussed about your marriage with his grand daughter. If you don't have any problems we will proceed with formalities.''

I always wanted arrange marriage like everyone in the house. They are so happy in their lives. Due to some horoscope dadi didn't want me to get married earlier but now she is ready. I still don't know if I am ready or not but still I don't want to let down my dadi.

I replied ''I am happy with your decision dadi but can you ask them to allow Veer and Saurya as girl's brothers.'' Everyone in family knows our pact so dadi nodded.

Everyone seems happy after this. There is wedding in house after 30 years so everyone is in festive mood.

Kabir spoke ''I am so happy. You will get married Tomorrow.'' What? Did I drank too much today that I am listeninglike this. ''Tomorrow means what?'' I asked everyone.

Papa said ''They are in hurry so we will get you guys married tomorrow. We will just announce that you are getting married and we will have reception in weeks time.'' I am not happy with this at all. I don't even know this person how can I get married? What is even her name. What should I do? I have already given my consent to this marriage so now there is no blackout. If I get married after month or tomorrow there isn't any difference.

I just nodded and went to my room. I called Saurya and Veer on conference call.

R : Hii guys.

V : What happened Saddu?

R : I am getting married tomorrow. You guys have to be here.

S : What the hell dude. Don't mess with this topic.

V : Be serious Raghav.

R : It's truth. Grandma has fixed my marriage with some old friend's granddaughter.

V : Raghav think twice. Divorce is prohibited in your family. Arrange marriage is fine but don't take decisions in moments.

S : If you want we can talk with dadi.

R : No guys. You know dadi will choose best for me. Just be here tomorrow.

S : We are with you bro.

V : We will be there for our sister.

R : Thank You.

V : Guys I want to tell you something but may be after Raghav's wedding.

S : What do you want to say Veer?

R : Yes. Tell us what's this much important dude. 

V : No it is important but not more than your wedding. So after your wedding we'll talk.

After that we all bid goodbye.

I went to sleep with unsettled mind. I am nervous but I have some kind of peace as well. In our family we don't get divorced. It's not orthodox mindset or something but kind of tradition and I like to follow them. I should have asked more about this girl.
