Reyna-Turning my head, I looked up at him while his focus was on the water in front of us and my fishing pole. With how close he was to me; I noticed a few specks of sapphire in his eyes. I thought it was strange that his brown eyes had blue in them.It wasn’t tinged with blue, as the specks didn’t blend in with the brown. I thought maybe it was just the way the game made his character, yet I wondered if they might have been like that in real life. Reyna-Over the next few days, Luka and I focused on taking Hope on pet walks. Although I looked forward to seeing Luka every time I logged in, I was excited to be able to play with Hope. I noticed that she had bonded more with Luka.Considering they were with each other all day every day, it made sense. Still, our little pet always seemed happy to see me whenever I logged on. It was probably for the best that Luka and she developed a stronger bond anyways, that way she will protect him first rather than me.Other than just doing pet walks, we have been grinding hard on the second level. I noticed that the closer we got to being able to fight the boss, the less talking Luka did. Reyna-I was startled by how he grabbed me, but I didn’t pull away. Wrapping my arms around him, I didn’t ask why he suddenly felt the need to hug me. After a few minutes passed, he stepped back, while opening the inside of his coat.I watched as he swiped his hand down the inner later and a blue light appeared. Taking a closer look, it looked as if it were a keyboard of a sort. Reyna-We spent two days moving through the desert. It turned out to be more difficult than either of us imagined. It wasn’t so much the monsters we fought. The heat was almost too much to deal with. Every so often I had to log out just because I thought I was dying.I felt bad that Luka had to endure it, but he didn’t complain about it. It almost seemed as if it didn’t bother him at all. I suppose being a werewolf, their body temperature was already high, which meant that they weren’t nearly as affected by temperature changes.I simply just couldn’t handle it. As much as I tried not to complain about the heat or how it felt like I was on fire, I couldn’t stop myself. Thankfully, Luka didn’t seem to care, and he did his best to help me. Reyna-After entering the dungeon, I realized that this monster wasn’t like the one in the beta test. It was a Sphinx, but it was slightly different. Instead of it being part bull, it was part lion. It had a lion’s body, with a human face and the wings of a large bird.Instead of being a chestnut brown like last time, it was a light beige, blending into the stand that surrounded it. This battle could be dangerous if we weren’t careful. Hopefully, whatever riddle it chose for us, would be something we could answer.Since I knew Luka hadn’t decided on the riddles himself, we were flying blind here.
