Elleanna ran and ran further towards the mountains. She stopped in her tracks as she ran into three rouge wolves. They growled at her showing her their teeth. She growled back and snarled while still in her human form. They began to circle her as another two rouges enclosed her in a circle.

“A little unfair…isn’t it?”

She asked in a cold, emotionless voice.

She wasn’t afraid of them. Even with her injuries she could still fight. The first wolf to attack was a light grey colored one. He ran and snapped at her arm, but she skillfully dodged it. The brown wolf of the group jumped on her back causing her to growl as she moved to break free. He bit into her shoulder causing her to growl louder. The next wolf didn’t stop from jumping in catching on her leg while she was distracted. She let out a pained howl escape her lips. Rose broke forward causing her to shift and temporarily break free from the two wolves that had her in their grasps. She began to run heading toward the Blue Moon Warrior Pack’s territory knowing that she would be safe if she could make it there. A black wolf pounced on her back from behind and bit into her neck causing her to yelp. She used her body force to throw the rouge into a nearby tree making him fall unconscious. She ran faster as her blood from her injuries began to paint her fur red. She kept running but her pace started to slow. Breathing became harder for her as her lungs felt like they were on fire. Soon she stopped and lay down by the stream she had been to when she was kidnapped. She lay looking at her reflection in the water. Her white fur still showed the golden and purple swirls under the dark red that pooled from her neck, shoulder, and leg. She let out a whine, but knew the rouges had given up chase since she was on the Blue Moon Warriors territory. She didn’t care if they killed her, but for now she was safe.

-“Alpha, the lone wolf has returned. She is by the stream. What should we do with her?"-

The patrol known as Winslow asked through the mind-link. Alpha Romero sighed while he pondered it. He was so confused why Elleanna ran and more importantly why her family lied about her death. He rubbed his temple before answering

- “Watch her for now. I am on my way.”-

He walked out of the pack house and Beta Jonathan trailed behind him.

“What are we going to do about the lone wolf?”

Jonathan asked curiously. Romero sighed

“I don’t know….Maybe she can be of use to us.”

Romero didn’t want to just kill a lone wolf or rouge because they may have had good reason for being one. As he walked to the stream his eyes caught sight of the beautiful white wolf laying by the water. He was mesmerized by her golden and purple swirls. He frowned when he saw her bleeding profusely. She wasn’t healing…He walked closer and she lifted her head with much pain to look at him. She whimpered from the pain as her eyes met his. He gasped softly as the eyes that met him were the eyes of Elleanna.

“Elleanna….”

He said softly keeping her gaze. Everyone around them froze unsure of what she would do as they saw the pain in her eyes. She laid her head back down on her paws as she closed her eyes starting to slip into darkness.

“ELLEANNA! Stay awake!”

Romero said with panic as he quickly put his hand on her wolf’s head.

“You are safe…you are safe now…”

He said soothingly.

“Call the pack doctor. Tell her we are coming. NOW!!!

He barked out as he slipped his arms under the wolf causing her to yelp, but she didn’t attack. She was too weak. She didn’t realize she had so many injuries. She took her nose and nuzzled it into the arm of Romero feeling content to die in her mates arms. She licked his arm gently without being able to lift her head. She felt herself slipping into the consuming darkness and so she shifted back into the form of Elleanna so that Romero could say goodbye to them both. The shift caused more blood to pour from their human body. She opened her eyes weakly as she too felt her heart slowing and her eyes becoming very heavy.

“I…I…I’m S..s..sorry”

She whispered in a raspy voice before the darkness over took her and she slipped into oblivion.

Romero was crying as he carried her to the hospital. Doctor Jeana was waiting for them to arrive. He could feel the life slipping away from her.

“I…I…I’m S…s…sorry”

He heard her whisper just before her eyes rolled to the back of her head. He ran faster as he felt her heart slowing to a dangerous level. As soon as they entered the hospital he ran her straight to the operating room. A nurse led him to the waiting room and he paced for hours on end. His Beta Jonathan as well as Crystal and a few other pack members were all in the waiting area. No one said anything as they awaited the results of what happened to their future Luna. Romero gasped as he felt a pain across his chest and stomach. He held onto the counter to keep him balanced. It took 3 minutes before the pain stopped. Finally after 17 hours Doctor Jeana came out from the operating room. Romero looked up at her with a look of desperation on his face.

“There were claw marks down her back that were superficial, the one on her shoulder will take longer to heal and caused the most damage. The leg will heal nicely. She died for 3 minutes, but we were able to revive her, though we won’t know the damage that was done from that until after she wakes up. She lost a lot of blood and is very frail right now. This was done by a group of rouges by the smell of the cuts. I have her on fluid IV, antibiotics, and am transfusing a little blood. She is still touch and go right now though. “

Doctor Jeana said. As she was talking an alarm sounded for the nurses. They took off towards Elleanna’s room.

“DOCTOR!!!”

A very scared nurse came running out of the room. Romero stood up looking terrified and Jonathan had to hold him back so that he didn’t run into the back. Doctor Jeana walked quickly into the room and she froze. The sight was crazy. Blood poured out of Elleanna from the IV port, from her mouth, and down her legs. Doctor Jeana took in the sight and had them stop all medications except the pain medicine. The bleeding stopped shortly after that. Elleanna was incredibly pale, but they couldn’t give her anything to help. They got the room cleaned as well as her. Doctor Jeana came out the room to the waiting room looking traumatized. She sat in the chair next to Romero.

“I have never seen anything like this before. The only thing we can give her is fluid in an IV and pain medication”

She said mostly to herself.

“Her body rejected the blood and the antibiotics. I think this is a result of whatever that hunter injected into her two years ago…”

She continued on explaining feeling sorrow. Romero sighed

 “Will she live?”

He asked the question that most plagued him.

“We will just have to wait and see….”

Doctor Jeana replied honestly. He gave a silent nod. He got up and walked into her room. His heart broke seeing  her so pale in color. He pulled up a chair beside the right side of the bed and gently took ahold of her hand fearing he might actually break her. He stared at her admiring her beauty.

Hours passed and Romero sat watching over her eventually he placed his head on her arm and fell asleep. Sometime around 8pm Jonathan came in the room and woke Romero.

“I am sorry to bother Alpha, but there are rouges and hunters at the northern border.”

He said firmly with a frown. Romero gently kissed Elleanna’s hand before he stood and left the room.

“How many?”

He asked Jonathan as they continued walking out of the pack hospital.

“I’m not sure, Alpha, they just keep coming.”

Jonathan replied. Romero shifted as he ran towards the border. Aidrien was happy to be set free. Romero’s wolf was massive since he is an alpha. His fur was the color of an intense midnight black. He ran with all his might and howled to call the pack warriors to join him. He soon came upon the battle taking place and joined in the fight. He fought with a dark brown rouge that lunged at him. He got so focused on the battle as more and more kept coming that he actually started to enjoy it a little too much.

~back at the hospital~

Doctor Jeana was checking in on Elleanna who was starting to look better. She let a small smile remain on her lips as she said out loud, but to herself

“We have one strong Luna.”

Right after she said that Elleanna sat straight up in bed. Her eyes were glowing as she then stood suddenly. The IV in her arm ripped out, but she didn’t notice it. Doctor Jeana was caught off guard and gasped. Elleanna began to run out of the hospital quicker than Doctor Jeana could catch her. Doctor Jeana mind-linked Romero

-“Alpha, Elleanna ran away from the hospital..”-

Romero got slightly distracted just long enough for a hunter to stand in front of him with a gun. Romero growled at the hunter. The hunter lifted the gun, but before he could shoot the man's arm fell to the ground and a scream echoed through the field. Romero went to attack the man, but paused as he saw a sharp claw pierce through the man’s chest causing him to fall down dead. Romero looked up at the person that killed the hunter and gasped when he saw Elleanna standing there with a blank look on her face. He could barely think when she turned around and swiftly went to the next hunter that was about to shoot Jonathan.

“I don’t think you want to do that….”

She said in a cold, soft voice. Her glowing eyes focused on the hunter in front of her. He looked at her shocked and turned her way.

“You’re that girl from two years ago…I thought we killed you…”

He said in a low voice. Elleanna let out a cold laugh, her eyes never leaving the man.

“I don’t die that easily….Didn't you get the little gift I left you two years ago?”

She asked with a smile that sent shivers down the man’s spine.

“I mean it was fun..slowing taking my time on the man that tortured me….before he killed himself….of course that was because of me…”

She walked closer to the man as she spoke

“You see…at first I was going to let it break me, but then I decided to let it make me stronger. I refuse to break like some little porcelain doll.”

She was now mere inches from the man. The battle around them had paused as everyone watched the interaction between the two.

“I mean…did it make you feel manly to kidnap and torture a young woman?”

She asked coldly staring right into the man's eyes.

“Did it make you feel strong to help as your friend killed an innocent baby and just tossed it to the side?”

Her face remained straight as she spoke. The hunter didn’t take his eyes off her, but he also didn’t respond. She let out a soft breath before she continued to speak.

"I survived that….but what you took from me…that almost killed me…that baby was the only thing saving me from being beaten worse than I was already being beaten…”

Romero let out a gasp as his eyes widened upon hearing her words. She continued speaking

“You see…originally…I didn’t want that baby, but I would never have killed it….So I should, I guess, thank you for taking away one of the things to remind me of the father…”

She let out a sigh.

“I won’t though…because that baby was innocent…I got the worst beating of my life as soon as I got home. To the point I was damaged…all because you and your friend took a life that I was forced to carry….…”

She stepped closer to him and he could see the emotionless state she was in.

“You both created something you shouldn’t have. Tsk tsk…too bad you won’t live to see everything I can do.…”

She said with a slow and cold laugh. Everyone was watching the interaction take place. She took the elongated claw on her right hand and ran it gently down the man’s chest before she deeply and slowly ran it along his abdomen. He let out a gasp and a scream. Her glowing eyes began to sparkle as she heard him. Rose and her were thoroughly enjoying this.

“How does it feel? To die by the hand of the monster you helped create?“

She asked in an icy voice that sent shivers down everyone’s spines. She looked at her blood soaked claw and smiled as she watched the blood drip to the ground. The hunter aimed his gun at her causing her to let out a tsk tsk sound.

“Poor you..I was going to take my time…I guess I can do this quickly if you prefer.…”

She said as she twirled away from where the gun was pointing. Romero was standing back up ready to attack the hunter, but also watching Elleanna realizing she was enjoying this a little too much. He mind linked to Jonathan who was also just staring in wolf form at the interaction

-“Jon…I think this is part of whatever they injected into her two years ago…”-

Jonathan replied in the mind-link

-“I think so too, should we stop her?”-

Romero looked around and noticed the battle had come to a halt. He shook his head as he mind-linked back

-“No, Let us see how this night ends.”-

-“Yes Alpha, but hey, our Luna is awesome..”-

Romero nodded and sat watching the interaction. Elleanna danced around the hunter as he tried to aim at her. She soon was at his back pressing against it.

“Bringing a gun to knife fight…isn’t that a little unfair?”

She asked in a sickeningly, cold and sweet voice. He jumped and turned as quick as he could. She smiled at him as their eyes met again. Her glowing eyes intensified by the night time darkness.

“You are not making it out of this little dance alive, but your people can…if they leave now without hurting anyone else.”

She said in her cold voice. The Hunter let out a pained laugh

“We won’t back down so easily…”

He spat at her hoping to get a reaction other than the one he received. She shrugged and said deadpan

“Then I guess I have more playthings to dispose of…”

His eyes widened, but before he could even try to shoot her, she took her claw along his neck and deeply cut. The hunter’s body dropped to the ground as the blood pooled out of him. She stood with the moon behind her and a slight breeze causing her long hair to whip slightly around her. Her eyes scanned the group of rouges and hunters before she spoke.

“Hunters….You have taken our kind to kill and torture for far too long. We just want to live peaceably like you…”

She paused, this time her voice was soft and melody-like

“You came here.… onto our lands looking for a fight….Those of you who wish to live to see your families….LEAVE NOW…and NEVER return…don’t even think about hunting another wolf or I will hunt you down and utterly destroy everyone and everything you care about…while I leave you weak enough to do nothing about it…because death at that point would be too sweet for you.”

She paused and took in a deep breath. She was remembering all the hunters scents for future if need be.

“If you don’t leave you will be killed now…as far as you rouges….I don’t know your story, but you came and attacked…you will have no mercy….I’m going to enjoy putting you down personally.”

Elleanna let herself smile as that last part came out very cold. Romero was staring at her unable to say anything. Her hypnotic gaze had everyone entranced. The hunters that were smart left, which was all of them except for three males. Elleanna arched an eyebrow before she quickly and effortlessly ended their lives. The rouges turned to flee as well.

“STOP!”

She said in her Alpha voice mixed with a hypnotic sound that caused the rouges to stop. She looked down at her hand then smiled and wiped out the rouges one by one. She was on the top of a slight hill as she turned around to look at the pack members that were standing there too shocked to move. Romero/Aidrien stood up looking at her.

“Sorry that I enjoy that a little too much. I took all the fun from you all. You see they damaged me two years ago…I don’t know what they put into my system…but it changed me in ways I still don’t fully know…thank you for saving me then and now….I’m sorry I can’t stay…”

She said to them all before she turned and ran away almost disappearing as she ran. Romero chased after her, but lost her again. His wolf howled in pain.

Elleanna collapsed on the ground in the mountain. Her body registering the pain from the rouge attack on her from before. She laid on her back and looked at the stars. A tear trickled down her face as she remembered the pained howl of her mate.

~“maybe he would have accepted us..”~

Rose said in her mind. Elleanna responded with a whisper

~“I can’t handle another rejection…I can’t risk it…” ~

As she said it though it felt like her heart was breaking.

~“You didn’t even give him a chance..”~

Rose huffed before turning to go to sleep. Elleanna eventually fell asleep under the stars. When the sun was high in the sky she woke up. She looked down at the Blue Moon Warrior’s Pack house. She watched as an all too familiar vehicle drove up. Rose let out a growl. She watched as Jackson, Her Father Autruo, Her mother Anabell, and brothers piled out of the car. Jackson looked terrible. Her parents looked bored. Dolan and Nolan looked like they had grown more. She smiled at the sight of the

twins.

~ “They were the only ones that were nice to us…” ~

Elleanna nodded.

“Want to take over and have some fun?”

Rose perked up and nodded. Elleanna let out genuine laugh and stood up as Rose took over. Soon she found herself  by the family vehicle where she took a single claw and popped all the tires. She even found herself scratching her name into the car. She stifled a laugh then ran quickly into the nearby trees to watch. She looked back over and she laughed as she looked at the hummer. In long scratches down the sides it read Elleanna was here.

-“Rose you are so silly sometimes.”-

Elleanna stated with another soft laugh. Rose was watching through her eyes as well. Soon everyone was outside and Romero had to stifle a laugh when he saw the vehicle. Aidrien spoke to him from in his mind

~“So our mate likes to play jokes on people?…this one is going to be there for awhile..”~

Romero let out a hearty laugh that echoed around the place and to the forest where Elleanna sat watching. The laugh sounded so sweet to her ears.

~“Hey Rose?”~

She asked. Rose perked up and looked at her waiting.

“Want to scare the shocked looks off their faces?”

Elleanna asked with a smirk. Rose let out an excited howl causing her to laugh. Her parents mouths were wide open and they were angry.

“Who did this??”

Her father, Alpha Autruo, bellowed. Romero shrugged, but he knew it was Elleanna. His wolf was happy to know she was at least nearby. He watched as Alpha Auturo got further enraged as he noticed all his tires were popped. As the other Alpha turned to face him and yell angrily, Romero just stood there. All of a sudden Alpha Auturo’s face paled and he froze from his anger. Romero was intrigued but as soon as he breathed in he caught her scent. Romero smiled as he turned to see her staring at Auturo.

“Hello Father….Like the changes I made to your precious vehicle?”

She asked in her soft melody-like voice. She looked up at Romero and gave him a smile. Romero smiled and arched a brow wondering what she was up to. Her father looked like he would poop himself for a moment before regaining his composure.

“Elleanna..”

He said with malice in his voice. Elleanna ignored her father and walked over towards Romero her eyes locked on him. He stood there silently watching her and honestly was a little afraid of what she would do. Beta Jonathan and his mate Crystal came out of the house with Elleanna’s mother and brothers. Elleanna wasn’t focused on them at the moment as she stood in front of Romero looking into his eyes. Her heart beat wildly in her chest.

“Hello.”

She said softly and with a smile on her peachy pink lips. Romero stood entranced by her beauty scared that if he moved to quickly she would be gone. He stared and blinked as he heard her voice speaking to him.

“Hello Elleanna.”

He replied with his manly but butter soft voice. Her mother’s eye about popped out of her head as she came around to see Elleanna alive and well. Elleanna moved closer to Romero before she wrapped her arms around him into a hug and pressed her face into his chest. Romero froze at her sudden hug before he wrapped his arms around her pulling in closer. His eyes closed as he took in the moment not wanting to ruin the peace of that simple moment. She leaned up and whispered in his ear just for him to hear

“I am going to kill them….no one else will get that right…”

She said deadpan.

His eyes opened wide as he looked down at her. Jackson came out of the house to see her in Romero’s arms… He let out a growl that caused her to smile. Her eyes began glowing as Rose took over again.

~“Payback time…”~

Rose said in their shared mind. She was still in her human form as she stepped back from Romero’s arms with a sigh. Her eyes focused on Jackson.

“Hello Jackson….”

She said with her cold voice. Jackson came to stand in front of her.

“How dare you be in the arms of another male! You whore!”

Jackson spat at her. This caused her to laugh coldly. Jonathan and Crystal watched from the steps. Crystal was going to stop her when Jonathan shook his head and whispered against his mate

“This…this is an effect of everything…she won’t respond well if you interrupt her…we are just going to have to let her kill whoever it is she is after.”

Crystal stared at Elleanna with wide eyes but stood silently where she was. Elleanna stared at Jackson with an emotionless look

“You call me a whore…yet you are the one that slept around….even before you rejected me…How did that turn out for you huh?”

She said deadpan as a deadly glint shone in her eyes. Jackson lunged towards her but she evaded him.

“You didn’t care about me when you rejected me…”

She said as she took one claw and sliced his left arm.

“You didn’t care about me when you repeatedly raped me that night…..”

She sliced his other arm as she spoke her voice still cold.

“You didn’t care while I cried and begged you to stop…..You didn’t care…..Not when Christine your chosen mate beat me even though I was pregnant with your child from the rape you forced on me….”

She took his arm and snapped it in half causing him to scream. Her eyes glowed brighter as she stood in front of him.

“You didn’t care when I was brutally beaten by my father after that hunter killed your child…All you were going to do is rape me again until I was pregnant again….”

She took her claw down his chest.

“You didn’t care then and you don’t care now….And I for one have looked forward to the day I could kill you for all the damage you did to me..”

As she said that she took his head and twisted it completely off. Her mother let out a gasp as Jackson’s body hit the ground. She threw the decapitated head to the side allowing it to roll on the ground further away. She turned to face her father who had his hand raised ready to slap her. She let out a growl at the same time as Romero and she stepped closer to Alpha Autruo.

“Father….”

She said coldly her eyes meeting his.

“YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO LOVE AND PROTECT ME!”

Her cold voice came out loud and harsh. Alpha Auturo showed no fear

“I hated you.. Your twin should have survived and not you…”

He spat at her.

“I was a child…..you were a monster…when I came to tell you of the rape when I was a child around 7 all you did was tell me that’s what I got…and then you beat me….and then you had that man come over every night and have his way with me…while you watched…”

She said as anger filled her chest. Romero stood there with his mouth open listening to all his mate had been through. Crystal was hiding her face in Jonathan’s chest while she cried. Dolan and Nolan stood on the porch watching the interaction, but they cried as well not knowing everything that had happened to their big sister. Elleanna continued focusing on her father.

“I cried and you just watched….I am YOUR child..even if you didn’t want me you were supposed to protect me…instead you beat me and treated me like dirt…you let me be taken advantage of…you let the pack hate me…for what??? Just being born alive??????”

She was starting to see red as her anger continued to rise.

“My wolf came to me young…I remember the night you forced me to shift….then I realized you hated me because my wolf was different…you were just jealous that I was unique….you beat me and forced me to shift…you forced me to train at 8 years old….you still had me go to school…where I had no voice because no one cared that I was beat up daily as long as they didn’t hurt my face because that was too visible…because I had to keep up appearances when we visited other packs…so they wouldn’t see…and the one time I told someone…you beat me so bad I couldn’t walk for two days….I did NOTHING to deserve that…”

She took in a breath before she continued.

“That night Jackson rejected me in front of the entire pack you laughed…then as I came running up the steps to escape you watched as I screamed for help and did nothing as he raped me…you and mom….the only ones to show me love in that pack and that kept me from killing myself was Dolan and Nolan….they cared…they helped me clean up that night….they cried as they were forced to watch what happened from their room because you forbade them to do anything….then when I was taken by the hunters you didn’t even realize I was gone!! you didn’t care either…you only focused on what you wanted…I heard your fake cries…I heard the anger behind them…I knew what was coming my way as soon we went home…..”

She kept her face hard like a stone hiding the pain in her eyes.

“I don’t even know how I got home….I thought you would comfort me….sympathize with me because I had been tortured, but you are a heartless monster….because instead of being taken care of correctly I woke up and was beaten….you broke my wrist….and 3 ribs….and you managed to break my ankle…my face was bruised for a good two months after that because of the punches you did to my face….there was barely anywhere that didn’t have a bruise…and then you told me that you would let Jackson rape me until I got pregnant again….so I ran…..ran as far as I could…because being a lone-wolf was better than that…I only survived because of Jasmine and Jasper….the humans I ran to for help when I was running and being chased like a rouge….”

She turned away the inner conflict eating at her.

“You deserve to die….”

Her Father Spat and lunged for her. Before he could lay a finger on her she had his arm between her hands and twisted it until she heard the sickening snap of the bones breaking.  Romero growled when her father lunged at her, but watched in interest as she defended herself. He didn’t realize he had tears running down his cheeks at hearing everything that had been allowed to be done to her.

~“Anyone else would have fallen apart and died…”~

Aidrien said in their mind as they watched her move gracefully away from her father.

“I’m not a little girl anymore daddy…I can fight..so try me…give it all you got…but you will be the one to die before I am done…”

She said in a cold voice. Her father came at her again, but he missed as she gracefully danced out of his grasp. The pack warriors and Doctor Jeana were watching the interaction as well. Elleanna took a deep breath and ignored the scent of her mate so she could focus, but man that was hard with him so close. While she was slightly distracted her father grabbed her shoulder squeezing it hard enough that her collarbone snapped. She let out a hiss instead of a scream like everyone expected. Romero growled as Aidrien tried taking over enraged that his mate was being injured. Elleanna stared at her father and gave a smirk with that dangerous glint in her eyes again. She took her clawed hand and shoved it through his chest quickly and effortlessly. His eyes widened in shock as he felt her hand go through him.

“You were my father…I should have been loved….you should have cared because now…you will be gone and I will still be here…”

She whispered into his ear before she pushed him back with her free arm causing him to fall back as she gripped his heart. His body hit the ground causing it to shake. Everyone had their eyes on her. Elleanna turned to face the dark grey wolf that was her mother.

“Mother….”

She said as the wolf lunged at her. She

held out the heart towards the wolf causing her to stop. A growl escaped Elleanna as she squeezed the heart to nothing.

“How can you even call yourself a mom…a mother is supposed to protect her pups..instead you let me get beaten….when father was away on business you would beat me in his stead….Dolan and Nolan tried to help me once when it was just you, but you hurt them too….so I attacked you to protect them….remember that claw mark along your jaw that was there when father returned?? I never told him that you hurt his precious boys, but he wouldn’t have believed me anyways….that beating I got from him was worth it because I protected my younger brothers from a monster called mom….I redirected all your anger when they did bad things and took the blame…because I refused to let them go through what I did…”

Elleanna stared at the wolf still.

“My wolf Rose….Well she is out for blood..you see two years ago when I should have had love…we heard your fake cries…but we also heard your thoughts…you wanted dad to beat me….you wanted Jackson to rape me…because you just cared about the pup that was ripped from my body forcefully while I broke my bones trying to defend it…you only wanted another baby because you can’t have anymore….You didn’t care that your only living daughter would get hurt…you don’t deserve to be

a mother or a Luna…”

She said deadpan while facing her mother’s wolf. Her mother growled loudly, but she didn’t flinch. Her eyes were cold, but glowing still. Her mother’s wolf lunged for her again and she caught her by the jaw ripping it in half. She used all her strength to rip the wolf that was her mother in half. She dropped each half to the ground and stood there letting out a breath she didn’t know she had been holding. Everyone was staring at

her as she stepped away from the bodies without a word. She put a hand to the left side of her head feeling intense pressure and sudden dizziness. Black circles danced around her eyes as she looked at Dolan and Nolan who were smiling at her. Someone was talking to her, but she wan’t hearing what they were saying because the pressure became worse. As her eyes began closing she felt a hard chest behind her catching her before she fell on the ground. She closed her eyes and gave into the sleep that was taking hold on her.

Romero stood there watching as she had skillfully killed her parents. He was angered and saddened when he heard what she had been through. He went to approach her and began speaking to her

“You are safe now my love..”

He said before realizing she wasn’t even listening to him. He watched as the color drained from her face and she began to fall backwards. He managed to get over to her in time to catch her head against his chest. He wrapped his arms around her and watched as she gave into the exhaustion she felt. He traced her delicate looking face with a finger before lifting her up in his arms and carrying her into the pack house and into his room. He gently placed her on the bed and laid down next to her holding her close. He laid there looking at her face for a long time before he finally fell asleep as well keeping his arms locked around her waist.

Somehow she had fallen asleep in the soft grass a few minutes after laying down. She awoke to the sound of birds chirping and the sun shining. “Well, today’s the day…” She said to herself as she got up and made her way to the pack house. As she walked up the steps she silently entered and went up the stairs. It was still early and she didn’t want to wake anyone up so she went as quietly as she could. She slipped silently into Romero’s room and walked over to his sleeping frame. She inhaled his wonderful scent before placing a soft kiss upon his head. She smiled and then lifted herself and entered into the bathroom taking a large grey towel with her. She quickly striped her clothes and took a nice hot shower. When she was done she took Romero’s comb and combed out her hair before she went into the room with the towel wrapped around her body. She went to the closet and paused. It ha

  • Anything But Porcelain   Chapter 7: A Visit With Her Real Mom

~3 months later~ The sun shone brightly as she rested by the lake. She thought about the past 3 months as she dipped her feet into the cool water. Today Dolan and Jasmine would be coming to show her Jasmine’s wolf. She was excited as a slight breeze began to blow around her. Then an odd scent captured her attention sending her on high alert. She silently shifted into Rose so she could be prepared for anything. She took in a deep breath as she followed the scent. Moments later a rouge jumped on her causing her to tumble and roll. She let out a growl and attacked the rouge ripping out its throat. Then another rouge came lunging at her, but missed her as she quickly moved. Before she could fight back against that rouge someone took a pure silver chain and wrapped it around her mouth. Her eyes widened as she took a paw to try and get the chain off bu

  • Anything But Porcelain   Chapter 8: Married

A few days had passed since they had gotten engaged. In that time Elleanna met Jasmine’s dark grey wolf named Esmina and had gotten to spend quality time with Jasmine as well. “Jazz when are you going to tell Dolan your news?” She asked as she looked through the dresses on the rack trying to pick something she liked. “What news?” Jasmine asked in confusion. Jasper had come with to pick out a tux and help his best friends pick out their dresses. He looked over at Elleanna then at Jasmine. “Is there something you aren’t telling us?” Jasper asked Jasmine as confusion engulfed both of them. “No Goose…I have no idea what on earth she is talking about….” Jasmine said as her eyebrows furrowed together. Elleanna smiled as she thought inwardly about how one day she would love

  • Anything But Porcelain   Chapter 9: Jasmine Is Pregnant

Soon the time for the speeches came up. Jasper went first and congratulated the happy couple. Finally the last speech came, but instead of Jasmine, Elleanna stood up and took the microphone. “I know that originally Jasmine was supposed to speak, however, I have something very important I would like to announce, but I plan to sing it because….Wellthat’s just who I am….” She looked as Jasmine with a wide smile. “Jasmine and Dolan…this one’s for you..” She took to the stage with the microphone and grabbed her guitar then began to play it before she also began to sing “When you have a child…you learn it’s a serious business…to have a little fun..you give grace and get forgiveness…not seven times seven but seven times seventy one….and when you have a child…those four walls you call a house…take on a life ofitsown…when you bri

  • Anything But Porcelain   Chapter 10: Car Accident/ Near Death

~6 months later~ Elleanna climbed into her dark purple 1960 convertible mustang. It was time for Jasmine to give birth to her niece. Romero was already with Dolan and Jasmine because he had been there on business. She sped out of the pack house drive way and onto the main road. She soon reached the highway where she sped even faster. There was no way she was going to miss this birth if she could help it. The radio played some soft sweet instrumental music and the wind blew through her long hair. It would take her most of the day to get there, but she didn’t mind. As the sun began to set she continued to drive. Soon the moon and stars shone through showing it was finally night. She only had about an hour left until she should arrive at her old pack. She wore a huge smile on her face as she sped towards her destination. She had no cell reception bec

  • Anything But Porcelain   Chapter 11: 1 year anniversary

~Elleanna and Romero’s 1 year anniversary~ Elleanna finished setting up the cake she had made. Romero was meeting Dolan, Nolan, Jasmine, and Alpha Dylan at the border so they could celebrate together. Elleanna went to cook the food, but instead ran to the bathroom and threw up. She was in there for a good ten minutes throwing up. When she was done she flushed the toilet, washed her hands, and brushed her teeth after she wiped her mouth. She then pulled her long hair into a ponytail before she decided to head to see Doctor Jeana. She arrived at the clinic just in time for another wave of nausea to hit her. She quickly went into the bathroom and threw up again. This time she was in there for only a few minutes. When she was done she cleaned herself up and went to check in. “Doctor Jeana is waiting for you in room 3.” The receptionist said. Ell

  • Anything But Porcelain   Chapter 12: 5 years later

Elleanna was baking a cake for their son Baudouin for his 5th birthday. This little boy was such a joy and also a terror. Romero was out of the house taking care of pack business and Baudouin was at school right now. She let out a sigh as her thoughts drifted to what was actually going on all around them. The rouges and hunters had teamed up again and were preparing for something bit, but no one knew what. Everyone had started training harder and more often. Alpha Dylan would be arriving soon with his warriors so that she could train them some. She started thinking about what would happen if she lost Romero and sighed. As if her music playlist had read her thoughts the song How Do I Live by LeAnn Rimes began to play so she sang along with it “How do I…get through one night without you….If I had to live with you..what kind of life would that be…oooh…I…I need you in my arms, need you to hold….you’re my world ,my heart, my soul….and if you ever

  • Anything But Porcelain   Elleanna Epilogue

After taking my last breath I left my earthly body. I watched for a few moments from above them before I was drawn to my mom. I knew my sacrifice wouldn't be taken lightly. "Elleanna, my daughter, welcome home" My mother said. I looked at her silently for a few moments before I could get the words to leave my lips. "Thank you mother. I didn't want to leave them, but I know it will be for the good of everyone else" I said softly as we walked towards the all too familiar lake. I felt at peace even thought I was saddened at leaving behind my family. I stepped into the water and stood there staring at my mother. "I know this isn't easy, my child, but it was your time. You did wonderfully" She said softly before stepping into the water as well. I gave her a pained smile as she clasped my hands in hers. I wanted this to

  • Anything But Porcelain   Adlar Epilogue

When I was informed of Elleanna passing away I was devastated. I was sitting at her funeral and remembered the first I had met her. She was on her way back to the dragons and I was impressed that she spoke my home language so fluently. I know I had surprised her with speaking in perfect English. I knew she was from America, but I didn't care. I was deeply touched that she had the kindness to try and make talking easier for me to do. She was a sweet soul and losing her would leave its mark on the world. She was truly a diamond in the rough. I had heard about her long before I had ever met her and when I met her she was so different from what I had imagined. I had imagined a princess like you would see in a Disney movie, but Elleanna was not that kind of princess. She was scared and had a look in her eyes of a true warrior. I didn't know all that her life had been compromised of, but I knew she was definitely stronger than she looked. During her time alive

  • Anything But Porcelain   Vladimir Epilogue

I was having a hard time accepting that my princess was gone from this cruel world. I really missed her, but I had Red. Our son arrived about a month after Elleanna passed. We named him Ethan Alexander. Red had done some name searching and liked what the two names meant. Ethan meantstrong, safe, solid, and firm. Alexander meantdefender of men. His name certainly suits him. His eyes were a shade of ocean blue that reminded me of Elleanna. He became our world and I finally understood how Elleanna felt. I found myself sitting in the room that had been hers. Nothing changed here other than the fact she would never be here again. The clothes I had ready for her still hung in the closet. They only remained dust free because I had the servants keep this room clean. The last outfit that she had worn here I had encased in glass and had it in front of the large window so the moonlight could reflect on it. That dark red gown suited her so well.

  • Anything But Porcelain   Jasper Epilogue

I was crushed when Elleanna died. Going through her funeral was torture, but also it brought back so many memories. Her life was a tragic, but love filled one. I remember her telling Jasmine and I about her life growing up and being horrified. I vowed to always show her love until they day we died. I never imagined she would die before I did. She was so strong. I was standing in front of her grave two weeks after she passed and was thinking back on all the good times we had shared. I let a few tears slip from my eyes onto the grass that lay above her coffin. It felt so surreal that my friend's lifeless body was down there. I sometimes wished that this would all be some cruel joke and she would appear out of nowhere, but as the days turned to weeks the reality struck me that she was never coming back. I let out a sigh and walked back into the castle to find Myra. She was in the kitchen feeding the twins lunch when I entered. She loo

  • Anything But Porcelain   Noah Epilogue

I was devastated when Mom passed. I always thought that I would die long before Elleanna did. She was more like a real mom to me than anyone had ever been. The way she accepted me as her own really touched my heart. I wanted to be the best I could be in honor of her memory. About a week after she passed I received a visit from her. I thought I was going crazy when she materialized into my room. "Noah, my son, I bring you a gift" I jumped as I heard her voice and turned around to see her standing there. I put my hand on my chest and stared blankly in shock. She laughed a soft song-like melodious laugh that filled the room and curled around me. "Noah. I am really here my son." She said and stepped closer to me. I reached out to touch her and almost jumped when I made contact with her. "H..How?" I asked as she wrapped me in

  • Anything But Porcelain   Dracon P.O.V. after losing Elleanna

I had just laid my mate to her eternal rest and my heart was heavy. I had no idea how I would do this without her. I took whatever internal strength that I could from my memories of her. She is going to be missed and I would love to join her, but I had the kids to think of. I sighed as I walked into our room and laid on the bed. "Elleanna, why did you have to die?" I called out into the air, not expecting an answer. Moments of silence passed before a bright light filled my room. I sat up on the bed and my eyes widened when I saw her standing there. "Ellie?" I asked in disbelief. Her smile broke my heart, but filled it with joy at the same time. I couldn't express my feelings in this moment. "Hello Dracon, I am sorry you lost me." She spoke and her words sounded like they were the air around me. I reached out

  • Anything But Porcelain   Epilogue

100 years had passed since Elleanna had died. She had met with Alpha Duc and Thomas when they passed away. She led them to their final resting place after they spoke. She smiled as she prepared a young human to go meet Dracon. This would be his new mate. The girl looked almost like Elleanna had. Her name was Serephina. The main difference was their hair, height, and species. Serephina had ocean blue eyes that had yellowish/brown rings around the pupil, long wavy red hair that looked more brown at the bottom, milky white skin with freckles, ample size breasts, a skinny waist with wider hips, long skinny legs, and a heart shaped birth mark on her right thigh. She was 5’4 in height and weighed around 120 at most. She fought and trained as an assassin since her parents were killed at a young age. As she slept a beautiful woman that looked similar to her came into view near a beautiful blue lake. “H..Hello?” Serephina asked as she wa

  • Anything But Porcelain   Chapter 47: Funeral

Dracon woke up with his head against the metal door. He groaned as he stood up and stretched. His lips tingled as he put his hand to them. “It was just a dream…” He sighed as he looked at the metal door. He walked out of the morgue with a sorrow filled expression. He walked up the stairs and into the throne room where everyone was waiting. He walked past everyone without really seeing them and sat on his throne to look over at her empty one with an emotionless face. “Dracon?” His mom asked softly. He still stared at the empty throne next to him trying not to break again as he realized it would be empty forever. He felt his heart shatter within him again and slumped against the seat of the throne he sat on. He put his head down into his hands and took a deep breath before he lifted it and spoke with a deep sorrow in his eyes a
