Somehow she had fallen asleep in the soft grass a few minutes after laying down. She awoke to the sound of birds chirping and the sun shining.

“Well, today’s the day…”

She said to herself as she got up and made her way to the pack house.  As she walked up the steps she silently entered and went up the stairs. It was still early and she didn’t want to wake anyone up so she went as quietly as she could. She slipped silently into Romero’s room and walked over to his sleeping frame. She inhaled his wonderful scent before placing a soft kiss upon his head. She smiled and then lifted herself and entered into the bathroom taking a large grey towel with her. She quickly striped her clothes and took a nice hot shower. When she was done she took Romero’s comb and combed out her hair before she went into the room with the towel wrapped around her body. She went to the closet and paused. It had been fixed in the short amount of time she had been gone and the blood had been cleaned up. She opened the door and flicked on the light looking around she noticed half had Romero’s clothes and the other had a bunch of new dresses and shoes in her size. She smiled as a blush rose in her cheeks when she realized Romero had bought her an entire wardrobe of clothes. She ran her fingers along the dresses and settled on a dark emerald green dress. It was calf length and had bicep long sleeves. Along the chest there was black lace in the shape of roses. She smiled as she slipped the silk-like material onto her body noticing that it fit just right. She grabbed a matching pair of emerald green flats and a black purse. She stepped out of the closet and blushed when she saw Romero sitting up in bed staring at her.

“You look beautiful my love…”

He said as he took in her features. She turned a deeper shade of red as she listened to his compliment

“Thank you.”

She said softly. He smiled at her and walked over to her before placing a small kiss on her head.

“Have fun shopping today.”

He said before he handed her a black rectangular card.

“Take my credit card…and don’t try to refuse…you are going to buy yourself a dress to be maid of honor.”

She stared for a few moments before putting the card into her purse.

“I will see you later on my dear. Enjoy your day”

Romero said before he went into the bathroom to shower and change. She left and spent the day

shopping for Jasmine. Then at the end of their shopping she was asked to pick out a maid of honor dress in a dark purple or gold tone.

Elleanna went along the store of dresses when a beautiful dark purple floor length gown caught her eyes. She went to try it on and smiled when she saw herself in the mirror. The dress fit her perfectly. It ended just at her ankles because of her height, but it brought out her eyes and made her hair look a little darker than it actually was. The sleeves ended just above her elbow and had flowing golden tulle hanging from each arm. She looked like a real princess.

“Jazz..what do you think?”

She asked as she stepped out from the dressing room. Jasmine let out a loud gasp

“Ellie…it’s perfect. Romero is gonna have to hold his jaw together with a screw!”

Jasmine said with a laugh. Elleanna smiled and laughed as well.

“Then this is the one…and I have the perfect shoes to go with it at the pack house…lets hurry so we have time to get dressed…”

She said before she went and changed into her original outfit. She used the card Romero gave her to pay for both dresses and for Jasmine’s shoes and tiara. The two left the store and got into the car laying their dresses in the back. They drove to the pack house and spoke about what was to be expected with the first shift. When they arrived at the pack house they went inside and up into Romero’s room and into the bathroom. Jasmine sat down in a chair that Elleanna brought in for her. Elleanna did Jasmine’s hair in a Dutch Braid crown and placed small white flowers in it along with the tiara. Jasmine went and put on her dress and shoes after she helped Elleanna do her hair in ringlet curls down her back. Elleanna stared at her friend and smiled before she slipped into the purple gown and her gold high heels.

“Are you ready?”

She asked softly and with a smile. Jasmine let out a single tear and nodded

“Yes!”

Elleanna helped Jasmine down the stairs where Jasper stood waiting in a black tux. He smiled at them and said

“You both look AMAZING!!”

Happiness swelled inside her as she took her place at the end of the chairs. The piano began playing the bridal march as she walked forward with the small bouquet of white roses she held. Her head was high as everyone watched her. She smiled widely at her brothers Dolan and Nolan. She then went to her place as maid of honor standing tall near the arch her best friend was about to be married under. Romero sat in the front on Dolan’s side along with Alpha Dylan who was still visiting. His breath hitched and it took a moment before he remembered to breath right when he saw her in her dress.

“Woah….Your mate looks beautiful…”

Dylan whispered to Romero causing him to growl lowly.

“Chill dude…I already got my eyes on someone back home…”

Dylan said with a slight chuckle. Everyone rose as the bride began her walk down the aisle. Jasmine and Jasper walked arm in arm towards Dolan. She turned and whispered

“Thank you so much Goose for walking me down the aisle.”

Jasper smiled widely

“You’re parents would have been proud of you Jazz. This is an honor that you even asked me. I wish you happiness beyond all happiness.”

He said as they reached the end of the aisle. Jasmine turned and placed a kiss upon Jasper’s cheek before he handed her hand to Dolan. Dolan nodded at Jasper who went to sit on the bride’s side. Jasmine turned and handed her very large bouquet of Red and white roses over to Elleanna who happily took them.

Everyone cheered as the happy couple were pronounced man and wife and they kissed deeply. Elleanna smiled and let a few tears slip from her eyes from being so happy. Jasmine turned and took the bouquet from her and walked down the aisle with Dolan. Elleanna and Nolan followed after them arm in arm. As everyone settled at the tables to eat dinner, Elleanna took her place near the band  and began to sing as her friend had requested.

“I could see it in your eyes…from the moment we first met…there was something different about you…I couldn’t see myself without you…Now I know what is… that makes me love you like I do….It’s all that I’ve been longing for…I don’t have to look for it anymore….You give me something to believe in…a hope that I can build on…a trust and a devotion…I’m caught up in emotion…will I walk beside you…will I give my heart away…will i hold you in my arms at night…will I bow my head and pray…will I promise to be faithful…will I do this every single day….will I be there to protect you….will I keep the vow I made….will I give you all of my love…I say yes…to all of the above….You can see it in my eyes….when we are close together….The feelings that I just can’t hide…things that my heart can’t deny…now I know what it is…that makes me love you like I do….you’re all that I’ve been longing for….I don’t have to look for it anymore…”

She finished the first song before moving over to the piano and beginning the next song

“You’re my always…you’re my forever..you’re my, reality….you’re my sunshine..you’re my best times… you’re my anomaly….and … ’d … choose you…in a hundred lifetimes…I’d choose you…in a hundred worlds..I’d find you…and I’d say I do …for the rest of my life…with all that I have I do…and I will when the sky is falling…I promise you I’m all in no turning back…and every day…every moment…every breath you take…I’d choose you….This is…more than..just a wedding…this is etched into eternity…with our union…we will move mountains…we will…live on our knees…cause he’d choose  us in a hundred lifetimes…he’d choose us in a hundred worlds…he’d find us…and we’d say we do for the rest of our lives…with all that we have we do…and we will …when the sky turns black and he comes back riding on the clouds…every day….every moment…every breath we take…we choose you….look into my eyes dear….look into my eyes dear…cause this is where it starts..mmmm…yes this is where it starts…I’ll give you my whole heart for my whole life…I’ll give you my whole heart for my whole life….and this is where it starts….and I’ll say I do for the rest of my life…with all that I have I do…and I will….when the sky is falling…I promise you I’m all in no turning back…every day…every moment…every breath you take…I choose you…”

She finished that song with a smile.

Everyone got up to dance and she continued to play and sing. She began to play a medley of different songs it started out with the violin being played first

“I set on a narrow way many years ago…hoping I would find true love along the broken road….but I got lost a time or two…what my brow kept pushing through…I couldn’t see how every sign pointed straight to you….Marry me…today and every day….marry me…if I ever get the nerve to say hello in this cafe say you will….ooohh…cause God bless the broken road that led me straight to you…heart beat fast…colors and promises…how to be brave…how can I love when I’m afraid to…fall…watching you stand alone…all of my doubt suddenly goes away somehow….my head’s underwater, but I’m breathing fine…you’re crazy and I’m out of my mind…every long lost dream.. led me to where you are…others who broke my heart…they were like northern stars…pointing me on my way into your loving arms…this much I know is true…that all of me…loves all of you…love your curves and all your edges…all your prefect imperfections…I have died every day waiting for you….darling don’t be afraid I have loved you for a thousand years…I’ll love you for a thousand more…and all along I believed I would find you…time has brought your heart to me….I have loved you for a thousand years..I’ll love you for a thousand more…cause I give you all…of me…God bless the broken road that lead me straight to you….aaaallll of you….so…marry me…”

She removed herself from the piano and moved to the singular chair where she picked up the guitar and began to play it while she sang a song from Dolly Parton.

“Hmmm… I could hold out my arms…say I love you this much…I could tell you how long…I will long for your touch…How much and how far…would I go to prove…the depth and the breadth…of my love for you?…From here to the moon and back…who else in this world..will love you like that?…love everlasting..I promise you that…from here to the moon and back…from here to the moon and back..I want you to know..you can always depend…on promises made and love without end…No need to wonder…how faithful I’ll be…now and on into eternity…from here to the moon and back…who else in this world will love you like that…forever and always, I’ll be where you’re at…from here to the moon and back….from here to the moon and back…”

The band joined in playing with her softly, but loudly enough for it to echo.

“I would blow you a kiss..from the star where I sat…I would call out your name to echo through the vast….Thank Heaven for you…and to God tip my hat…from here to the moon and back…and I’ll spend forever just proving that fact….From here to the moon and back….From here to the moon and back…”

Romero looked at her and smiled as he listened to her singing. His heart swelled as he listened to her sing. The next song started and the couples were dancing together.

“From this moment…life has begun…from this moment…you are the one….right beside you…is where I belong…from this moment on….From this moment I have been blessed…I live only….for your happiness…and for your love…I’d give my last breath…from this moment on… I give my hand to you with all my heart….can’t wait to live my life with you…can’t wait to start….You and I will never be apart…..my dreams….came true….because….of yoooou….From this moment as long as I live… I will love yoooou…I promise you this…there is nothing I wouldn’t give…from this moment on…ooooh… You’re the reason I believe in love….and you’re the answer to my prayers from up above…all we need is just the two of us…my dreams…came true…because…..of yoooou…..from this moment…as long as I live….I will love you…I promise you this…there is nothing…I wouldn’t give…..from this moment….I will love you… as long as I live…from this moment oooon….mmmmmm…”

Elleanna finished and then took a bow.

“Thank you all for attending my younger brother Dolan and my best friend Jasmine’s wedding. I hope you all enjoyed yourself. I would like to call Alpha Romero, to the stage to say a few words before we finish up for the night.”

She said in a soft sweet voice that sounded like she was still singing.

Romero made his way to the stand and stood in front of the microphone. He clasped his arms behind his back and gave a glance at Elleanna who was standing near the piano.

“My deepest and dearest congratulations to the happy couple. Alpha Dolan, Luna Jasmine, I do pray you have many happy years together. If you ever need anything do no hesitate to ask. Now before we leave there is one more thing we need to address.”

Romero said as he turned to face Elleanna

“Elleanna, please step forward..”

He said as he offered his hand out to her. She placed her right hand into Romero’s open hand and stepped forward.

“Tonight it truly is a night for celebration. Two packs have found their Luna’s.”

Everyone stared at Elleanna who was now fully blushing from all the attention.

“Friends…and family…This is Elleanna…some of you already know her, but many of you do not…she is your future Luna and I expect you all to treat her right and with respect. For tonight, however, we will be welcoming her into our pack as a pack member and family.”

He smiled at her as Jonathan came up with a small knife.

“Elleanna, my love,

please repeat after me..”

He said as he turned to fully face her. She stood up tall and took a breath.

“I, Elleanna Rose Jade, do hereby Join the Blue Moon Warriors, and will in time take my rightful place as Luna of the pack..I promise to uphold the rules and laws of the pack and should I break them I will become a rouge and be forced to leave or die.”

Elleanna looked into Romero’s eyes and repeated after him

“I, Elleanna Rose Jade, do hereby join the Blue Moon Warriors, and will in time take my rightful place as Luna of the pack…I promise to uphold the rules and laws of the pack and should I break them I will become a rouge and be forced to leave or die.”

She said firmly, but in her normal melody like voice. Romero gave a small nod and took the knife from Jonathan’s hand

and sliced it down his left hand then he handed the knife to her. She took the knife and cut along her right palm and then took ahold of Romero’s left hand sealing her by blood into the pack. Everyone cheered and clapped, some even howled. Romero smiled widely and pulled her in for a hug. She stood frozen stiff as he hugged her..but only for a moment before she hugged him back.

“Thank you Romero…”

She said softly so only he could hear. Romero smiled.

“You did a wonderful job on this wedding.. I can’t wait to see what you eventually do for ours..”

He said playfully causing her to blush a deep shade of red.

Romero and Elleanna said their farewells to Dolan, Nolan, and Jasmine who were heading back to the Jade Warrior’s Pack.

“Please visit us soon sister!”

Dolan and Nolan said at the same time as they got into their car. She gave a small head bow and a smile. Once the car was out of sight she walked with Romero to the small little lake they had fallen in love with. Romero sat with his back against a large tree and stared at the moon’s reflection on the water. Elleanna laid in front of him and placed her back against him with her head against his chest.

“I want to build a cottage here…” she said softly, “but I don’t want to destroy the beauty of the land either.”

Romero rested his head on top of hers.

“You are so thoughtful my love.” He said with a smile.

She smiled and then yawned as she snuggled closer to him as he had his arms locked around her body.

“I am going to stay here…so I can visit often…while you give me the time I need to adjust. If that’s alright?”

She asked softly before another yawn escaped her

lips. Romero let out a yawn as well and nodded silently. She let out another yawn and closed her eyes.

“Elleanna?”

“Hmm?” She hummed out.

“Will you sing me a lullaby?” Romero asked softly.

“Sure”

She said softly then she began to sing a German lullaby she had learned in school once because she loved it

“Shlaf, Kindlien, shlaf, Der Vater hut  die Schaaf, Die Mutter schuttelts Baumelein, Da falls herb win Traumelein…Shlaf, Kindlien, schlaf….”

She then sang the translation of the first verse

“Sleep, my child, sleep… Your Father tends the sheep….Your Mother shakes the apple tree…As Falls down a dream for thee…sleep, my child, sleep…”

She smiled and ran her fingers through his hair before switching to a different song in the middle of the current song. Romero smiled and closed his eyes drifting off to sleep as she sang

“A la nanita nana nanita ella nanita ella, mi nina tiene sueno….bendito sea, bendito sea…..A la nanita nana, nanita ella nanita ella…mi nina tiene sueno….bendito sea, bendito sea…Fuentecita que carre..clara y sonora…Reuisenor que en la selva..Candtando y llora…calla mientras la cuna. se balonsea…a la nanita nana nanita ella nanita ella…nanita ella….”

She finished singing

when she realized he was asleep then fell asleep shortly after that.

She soon reached the highway where she sped even faster. There was no way she was going to miss this birth if she could help it. The radio played some soft sweet instrumental music and the wind blew through her long hair. It would take her most of the day to get there, but she didn’t mind. As the sun began to set she continued to drive. Soon the moon and stars shone through showing it was finally night. She only had about an hour left until she should arrive at her old pack. The rouges and hunters had teamed up again and were preparing for something bit, but no one knew what. Everyone had started training harder and more often. Alpha Dylan would be arriving soon with his warriors so that she could train them some. She started thinking about what would happen if she lost Romero and sighed. As if her music playlist had read her thoughts the song How Do I Live by LeAnn Rimes began to play so she sang along with it “How do I…get through one night without you….If I had to live with you..what kind of life would that be…oooh…I…I need you in my arms, need you to hold….you’re my world ,my heart, my soul….and if you ever

After taking my last breath I left my earthly body. I watched for a few moments from above them before I was drawn to my mom. I knew my sacrifice wouldn't be taken lightly. "Elleanna, my daughter, welcome home" My mother said. I looked at her silently for a few moments before I could get the words to leave my lips. "Thank you mother. I didn't want to leave them, but I know it will be for the good of everyone else" I said softly as we walked towards the all too familiar lake. I felt at peace even thought I was saddened at leaving behind my family. I stepped into the water and stood there staring at my mother. "I know this isn't easy, my child, but it was your time. You did wonderfully" She said softly before stepping into the water as well. I gave her a pained smile as she clasped my hands in hers. I wanted this to

When I was informed of Elleanna passing away I was devastated. I was sitting at her funeral and remembered the first I had met her. She was on her way back to the dragons and I was impressed that she spoke my home language so fluently. I know I had surprised her with speaking in perfect English. I knew she was from America, but I didn't care. I was deeply touched that she had the kindness to try and make talking easier for me to do. She was a sweet soul and losing her would leave its mark on the world. She was truly a diamond in the rough. I had heard about her long before I had ever met her and when I met her she was so different from what I had imagined. I had imagined a princess like you would see in a Disney movie, but Elleanna was not that kind of princess. She was scared and had a look in her eyes of a true warrior. I didn't know all that her life had been compromised of, but I knew she was definitely stronger than she looked. During her time alive

I was having a hard time accepting that my princess was gone from this cruel world. I really missed her, but I had Red. Our son arrived about a month after Elleanna passed. We named him Ethan Alexander. Red had done some name searching and liked what the two names meant. Ethan meantstrong, safe, solid, and firm. Alexander meantdefender of men. His name certainly suits him. His eyes were a shade of ocean blue that reminded me of Elleanna. He became our world and I finally understood how Elleanna felt. I found myself sitting in the room that had been hers. Nothing changed here other than the fact she would never be here again. The clothes I had ready for her still hung in the closet. They only remained dust free because I had the servants keep this room clean. The last outfit that she had worn here I had encased in glass and had it in front of the large window so the moonlight could reflect on it. That dark red gown suited her so well.

I was crushed when Elleanna died. Going through her funeral was torture, but also it brought back so many memories. Her life was a tragic, but love filled one. I remember her telling Jasmine and I about her life growing up and being horrified. I vowed to always show her love until they day we died. I never imagined she would die before I did. She was so strong. I was standing in front of her grave two weeks after she passed and was thinking back on all the good times we had shared. I let a few tears slip from my eyes onto the grass that lay above her coffin. It felt so surreal that my friend's lifeless body was down there. I sometimes wished that this would all be some cruel joke and she would appear out of nowhere, but as the days turned to weeks the reality struck me that she was never coming back. I let out a sigh and walked back into the castle to find Myra. She was in the kitchen feeding the twins lunch when I entered. She loo

I was devastated when Mom passed. I always thought that I would die long before Elleanna did. She was more like a real mom to me than anyone had ever been. The way she accepted me as her own really touched my heart. I wanted to be the best I could be in honor of her memory. About a week after she passed I received a visit from her. I thought I was going crazy when she materialized into my room. "Noah, my son, I bring you a gift" I jumped as I heard her voice and turned around to see her standing there. I put my hand on my chest and stared blankly in shock. She laughed a soft song-like melodious laugh that filled the room and curled around me. "Noah. I am really here my son." She said and stepped closer to me. I reached out to touch her and almost jumped when I made contact with her. "H..How?" I asked as she wrapped me in

I had just laid my mate to her eternal rest and my heart was heavy. I had no idea how I would do this without her. I took whatever internal strength that I could from my memories of her. She is going to be missed and I would love to join her, but I had the kids to think of. I sighed as I walked into our room and laid on the bed. "Elleanna, why did you have to die?" I called out into the air, not expecting an answer. Moments of silence passed before a bright light filled my room. I sat up on the bed and my eyes widened when I saw her standing there. "Ellie?" I asked in disbelief. Her smile broke my heart, but filled it with joy at the same time. I couldn't express my feelings in this moment. "Hello Dracon, I am sorry you lost me." She spoke and her words sounded like they were the air around me. I reached out

100 years had passed since Elleanna had died. She had met with Alpha Duc and Thomas when they passed away. She led them to their final resting place after they spoke. She smiled as she prepared a young human to go meet Dracon. This would be his new mate. The girl looked almost like Elleanna had. Her name was Serephina. The main difference was their hair, height, and species. Serephina had ocean blue eyes that had yellowish/brown rings around the pupil, long wavy red hair that looked more brown at the bottom, milky white skin with freckles, ample size breasts, a skinny waist with wider hips, long skinny legs, and a heart shaped birth mark on her right thigh. She was 5’4 in height and weighed around 120 at most. She fought and trained as an assassin since her parents were killed at a young age. As she slept a beautiful woman that looked similar to her came into view near a beautiful blue lake. “H..Hello?” Serephina asked as she wa

Dracon woke up with his head against the metal door. He groaned as he stood up and stretched. His lips tingled as he put his hand to them. “It was just a dream…” He sighed as he looked at the metal door. He walked out of the morgue with a sorrow filled expression. He walked up the stairs and into the throne room where everyone was waiting.
