Kat’s POV

I ran my hands over the deep forest green silk that clung to me like a second skin as I took in my reflection in the full-length mirror. I wasn’t sure who it was staring back but it couldn’t be me. Whoever this woman was, she was confident and sexy. She had curves in all the right places that made her look like she belonged in this dress. I turned to look at the pale skin of my back on display all the way down to where the material hung in waves of satin just below my venus dimples. I felt thoroughly exposed but utterly beautiful at the same time.

When choosing a material for my dress, Rachael had insisted this color highlighted my blond curls that now hung loosely over my shoulders and made my cornflower blue eyes shine even brighter. She had been right. A knock on my door told me the woman in question was here to move me along. It was time.
