Ch. 105 Polar Opposites

Kat’s POV

Time had flown by and before I knew it, I had been at Glass Lake for a month already. My mates and I had developed a sort of routine. We attended training together every morning and they had gotten much better about letting me spar with the other warriors, though they still hovered and growled anytime one of them hit me hard or knocked me down. It was something we unofficially agreed to disagree on. I knew they didn’t like it and they knew I would keep doing it anyway.

After training, we had breakfast together with the gang, then they would go to work and I would go to the clinic to help out. Since Christian had responsibilities outside the women’s clinic, also serving as the head doctor and surgeon for the entire pack hospital, many days I would see all the patients myself.

Sometimes another OB/GYN from a neighbor pack would come to help us out but he had his own pack she-wolves to take care of so he only came once a week. I was more than thankful though because it meant
