“I really want to wrap my hands around your neck and squeeze the life out of you,” I said as I struck my hands towards him, pushing menacingly like I sought to do the exact words I had said.

“But we know you wouldn’t do it,” Aiden answered with a smile on his face. Evidence it was payback on his side.

I sighed as I turned away from him, placing my hands in my pocket. “What do you think she would discuss with Gabriella? I don’t think there is enough reason for her to leave her place and move here because of Gabriella. I mean, look at it; she never asked me about her for once during the time Gabriella stayed here.”

“She might have her reason that she’s keeping because of something important that links to it,” Aiden answered, folding his hands across his chest before placing one under his chin.
