Things were just not adding up from the start of all of this.
Shanaya escaping, Nelson knowing about Riggs and just loads of other little things. The only thing that seemed to be right is Benson locked up as he didn't manage to escape with Shanaya.
I'm struggling on who to trust but I need help in figuring out who behind all this.
I don't want to get Aurora involved she has already been through enough. It will have to be between me and my Beta.
I use the mind link to talk to Riggs.
"Riggs can you come to my office please?"
"On my way Alpha."
A couple of minutes later and Riggs walks straight in.
"Thanks for coming quickly."
"No problem boss man, so what's the problem?"
" How did you know there was a problem?" I ask he just gives me a smirk.
"Well since you mated my sister I can guess you have loads of problems."
I have to laugh with him.

I got home after spending all day with Sue and away from Dax, I didn't realise how much I missed him until now. I pick my pace up and go to his office thinking he would be in there but he wasn't, do I make my way to our room but he isn't in there either. I was about to turn and go find him when I notice a dress hung up on the wardrobe door that I had not seen before.I walk to it and there is a note attached. I wasn't sure when I was going to tell Dax what the guy who attacked me said because I knew he was going to flip out and I knew I wasn't going anywhere no matter what that guy said. Me and Dax got back to the pack house and had our food, we thought we would ring Peter up to make sure that he was ok with us coming to him house again tomorrow. We spent the rest of the night looking at all of his Dad's paper work to see what he had in place for the protection of the pack from the vampires. We added our own thoughts to it and then we planned a meeting for in the morning with all the wolves that took part in helping protect the pack they needed to implement these as soon as possible, we didn't need anything else happening.I was also planning on talking to my Mum tomorrow. Waking up I feel the warmth of Dax's body against mine just like it is every morning. I lay there and remember that I was meeting Sue for a coffee this morning, so I throw my arm out of the covers and feel around for my phone off the bedside table and open on eye to look at the time. Sitting down with Richard and Riggs in front of me, I didn't know how to say the words to them. How do I tell them out Mum is dead and she is gone because she saved me so it is all my fault. After our amazing sex I start filling Dax in on everything my Mum had told us. He wasn't too pleased about all the lies, but he could understand why she did it.The next couple of week were spent just trying to sort everything out after the fight.
