The next day, while I was engrossed in work at the packhouse, Alvin approached me with a cheerful look in his eyes.
He was a wizard when it came to getting things done. According to him, he headed straight to the Council of Elders right after I gave the order, handing Hope Ranch over to the Silver Moon Pack the very day.
To boost credibility, he even had the Council of Elders inform Tabitha about it.
