 Loud music, alcohol, smoke, and sex were in the air which was making it hard for me to pick up his scent and find him easily. After 15 minutes of searching, I finally found him and my heart broke at the state I met him. He was shamelessly enjoying the company of three women.

"But she should be feeling everything you are feeling right now since you guys share feelings" 

"No, she can't because I didn't mark her and I will never. She can't find out about cheating on her because she's my source of income". The woman asking the questions looked at me with a pity smile.

My legs became heavy to move but I had to push them because I didn't want him to sense my presence not that he could in that drunk state but I didn't want to take any chances. I walked lifelessly to the bar side before feeling a salty liquid in my mouth, that was when I realized I'd been crying.

I didn't know what to do as my mate was already having a good time in the VIP section without me.

'You can't just sit here and mourn while that idiot enjoys your money' My wolf Lily fumes in anger. She wanted to take control and rip his heart out but I had to calm her.
