Chris smirked as he shook Alpha Kai’s hand one last time. "Thanks again for your support," he said, a gleam of determination in his eyes. "We won’t forget this."

Alpha Kai nodded. "Just be sure you hit Enzo hard. There’s no room for mistakes."

With a final nod, Chris left five of his guards behind at Crescent Pack. “In case things go sideways and I can’t return,” Chris explained to them. “Coordinate with Alpha Kai. Stay sharp and be ready to meet wherever I instruct.”

The guards saluted, their faces set with determination. Chris gave them a reassuring nod before boarding the helicopter. His next destination was Thame Pack, further north, but a good distance away from Crescent. As they soared through the sky, the landscape beneath him turned from the dense, lush forests of Crescent Pack to a more barren, rocky terrain. Thame Pack had always been known for its rugged environment, a tough land that bred tough wolves.
