Chapter 6

Naomi’s pov

I couldn’t hold in the laughter after hearing what the young man standing in front of me said to me, I looked at him and laughed out loud.

While laughing I stared at him and realized he was not smiling which means he might be serious when he said that to me. My smile slowly faded as my face got serious.

“Do you mean what you just said to me?” I asked him with a serious look on my face. He stared at me and heaved a sigh.

“I mean what I said, we’ve searched everywhere for you, but all these years you’ve been nowhere to be found, luckily the moon goddess brought you my way.” I blinked my eyes several times and pinched my cheeks to confirm it wasn’t a nightmare.

“Ouch!” I screamed out when I felt the pain of pinching myself on the cheek. There’s no way I’ve been going through so much when I’m supposed to be living as royalty. “How…sure are you, I'm the one you’ve been Looking for?”

I asked for clarity and stared at his face to test the sincerity in his reply. “The birthmark on your neck.” I slowly placed my hand on my neck and memories from when Lily talked about the birthmark flashed back. She would usually tell me that the birthmark looks special, but that’s not enough for me to believe he’s saying the truth.

“Everyone is waiting for you, they’ve waited for too long already, don't keep them waiting.” He said to me trying to sway me to go with him, I couldn’t tell if he was telling the truth. I turned to the back and sighted the rogues walking towards me, they looked like hungry beasts ready to devour me.

I looked at Albert standing in front of me, he looked genuine but I just can’t bring myself to trust him. I stood there confused not knowing what to go with, I stared at his hand as he stretched it for me to hold on to.

After hesitating for a little while I grabbed his hand and we both escaped from the rogues.

After running for a while we finally got to the road side and there was a car already waiting for us, I was panting really hard from running too much.

Someone stepped out of the car and helped us open the door. I looked at Albert before I finally entered the car. The moment we got into the car I sighted the rogues, they stood there like the losers they are. I turned front and couldn’t stop staring at the people in the car.

“What’s going on?” I whispered as I curiously waited to see where the car was headed.

After a very long ride we finally arrived at the Dragon moon pack. The driver winds down the car window so that I can enjoy the view of the Dragon moon pack.

I never imagined myself in the Dragon moon pack talk more of coming in as royalty, I turned to look at Albert and he let out a soft smile, while the car drove close to the pack house, people kept staring at us, which made me wonder why.

“Do you know why everyone is staring at you?” I shook my head because I was very curious to know why already.

“This is the pack royalty car, everyone knows you’re royalty.” I opened my eyes wider than normal and tried closing the car window. It felt so weird being stared at like that, but it got worse after I heard what Albert said to me.

I remember last night that the car didn’t look like the normal car I normally see the rich people ride in the Raven claw pack.

We finally arrived at the pack house and it’s nothing like I’ve ever seen, the beauty of the pack house is completely out of the world, it felt like I was entering a different planet entirely.

“This is nothing compared to what inside looks like.” I turned to look at Albert after hearing what he said to me. The driver parked the car and every member of the family stood outside, I looked at my dress and felt very embarrassed to get out of the car.

Albert could tell the reason why I refused to step out of the car, I squeezed my cloth into several folds feeling very ashamed.

“It’s fine, they’re your family.” Albert said to me and helped me step out of the car. Hearing him say the word family was something very new to me because the only family I ever knew died because of my stupidity.

I took a few steps with the lead of the Albert till I got to where the Alpha and other family members were standing.

It felt really awkward, who would believe the Omega that was banished from the pack yesterday is now royalty.

“Naomi.” I heard the Alpha voice crack a little like he was going to tear up. I struggled to raise my head and look at his face, I could see the resemblance and even with my sister. Does this mean everything is true?

I was given a bigger room and some clothes were brought to my room immediately, it felt like a nightmare and one that I hope not to wake from, because it felt too good to be true. I can’t believe I’ve been a princess all along and I had to go through so much in the Raven Claw pack.

I suddenly remembered Alpha Baron and how he turned me into a laughing topic in the Raven Claw pack, looks like the Moon goddess also felt bad when she saw me going through so much.

“I’ll make him pay for everything he made me go through.” I muttered to myself with vengeful eyes. While I was in deep thought I heard a knock on the door. I snapped out of it immediately and rushed to get the door.

“It’s dinner time.” The Omega said to me with a smile on her face. “Dinner?” I can’t imagine myself sitting with royalty at the same dinning.
