Alpha Grey's POV

I sat in my room all alone. The events of last night were still replaying in my head. Every now and then, I could feel the darkness creep up on me and a shiver would run down my spine.

Recce had it worst and I had given him the day off and I was trying to put a plan together. I was shaken but I was still going to search the pack library that evening. If Recce wasn't fit to go, that was fine with me.

I was still very tired and I hadn't been able to sleep a wink at night. I felt something in my pocket and pulled out the paper I had with me that night. I stared at the strange handwriting. If only I could read it. It would go a long way into helping me find out what was in those tunnels. I looked at the paper again. I had to get this to Councilors Zeph and Xavier.
