Chapter Fifteen

MAX’S POV

After, I morphed back to my human form; I located my car and I realized that it was very late at night. Yes, I could still drive back to my house but for some reason, I didn’t want to. I drove lazily around on the dirt road that led out of the forest before I saw a hotel close by.

I decided to spend the night in it. Interestingly, the name of the hotel was Selene’s Stay. The proximity to the woods and the strange name made me confident it was built by a werewolf. Why else would anyone build a magnificent hotel, a little out of town and with the name of their goddess? Except the person wasn’t a werewolf.

This made me a bit confident about spending the night at the hotel. I’d definitely have to meet its owner soon and gain some insights of why they chose to own such a hotel. I handed my keys over to the valet and walked in.
