MILA While Arthur and Rah went ahead to the forest, Mila waited patiently. She didn’t know what was going on back in the Collins kingdom but she dreaded her return. As the day progressed, the wait for Mila grew unbearable. ARTHUR & MILA Both Arthur and Mila waited for the night to fall so that they can set things in motion. Arthur and Rah were successful in hiding in the forest, while Ajax stole some horses. ARTHUR & MILA Mila finally came through and sat on her bed, feeling hollow. She could sense Arthur, but it felt to her that he was not in the palace, instead, he was outside, in the opposite direction of the palace and a little far away from her at the moment. Dismissing this as confusion, she lay back on her now dusty bed. Arthur felt offended at these words, and as he motioned his anger, Ajax added, “I mean you are beautiful, very beautiful, no doubt. But why do you have to hide? ARTHUR & MILA Arthur kissed Mila fully on her lips for a long moment, to her it seemed like ages and to him, it felt like centuries. Time stood still for them as they kissed. There was no telling what mates felt when they are apart, and only Mila and Arthur could express that, but not in words. It was their lips and bodies that was showing how much they have longed for each other. “I am sorry,” Arthur whispered as he pulled back and placed his forehead against hers, making them whole. “I know,” Mila swallowed.
