ARTHUR & MILA

Arthur has never been so scared in his life. Motif was a clinical psychopath. He had heard that Victor Rivera’s son was a crazy bastard who took pleasure in other people’s misery, but he did not know the extent of it.

“Why are you doing it?” Arthur asked in a hoarse voice as Motif pushed Arthur ahead of him and pushed the blade into his back threateningly.

“Why do you think?” Motif laughed.

“I do not know,” Arthur lied. “Is it because of your mother? Your father?”

Motif hit Arthur’s head with something hard and Arthur fell on the floor, wincing in pain. “Shut your mouth, you filth!” Motif spat on the ground, besides Arthur.

“Where are your men? I heard they are all held captive here,” Motif spoke to David Keplins.

But David Keplins looked puzzled and harassed. His face was contorted with rage and misery. It was clear that he was not in control of his emotions.

“What is wrong with you man?” Motif demanded.
