"How is my schedule today?" I asked Kate who had a weird smile on her face.
"My Lord, you have a meeting with the elders today and you mentioned that you would like to meet Adrian today and also Darius," she said.
"Okay! Is that all?" I asked her.
"My Lord! Yes, that's all!" She responded with a bow.
"How is Vanessa responding to her granddaughter's death?" I asked her as I kept staring at the paperwork before me.
"She has been quiet! Unusually quiet!" She said to me with a smile.
"Hmm, that's new! Is she still receiving treatment in her room?" I asked her as I sorted the paperwork before me.
"Yes, my Lord! Doctor Johnana never left her side since the incident," she replied.
"I didn't ask about her doctor but her so go straight to the point!" I glared at her.
