She noticed as Daniel slipped away somewhere giving them the privacy to talk. Breathing in deeply she decided to talk to him properly. There were a few things that needed to be discussed. "I want to talk to you," She whispered and his ears perked before he stepped aside. "We can talk in my room," He said before urging her to step ahead of him. Once inside the room, he closed the door behind them as she faced him. She was nervous and scared. And amidst all this, she was scolding herself for melting in his arms like that in the morning. Evelyn knew what she was doing. Her despair was on one side and rationality on the other. She knew only Axel could keep her safe but she was being stubborn and it could've caused her Chris' life.
