"After all you did to me in the past, you think you can just come and ask for my forgiveness so easily and I'll just accept it, and pretend as though nothing ever happened?" She asked in a cruel manner.

"I am not as naive and stupid as the old Miranda. I am not as soft as you two think I was In the past, and so don't think I'll be moved by ordinary tears, because I feel no sympathy for you okay? I did what I did to get your son off my back, and if he wouldn't listen then, I'll take extra measures." She said and walked out.

Mother took her gaze to me. "I'm sorry mother, I'm sorry for having to let you face such embarrassment. I shouldn't have let you come here in the first place, this is all my mistake." I said remorseful.

"No, you shouldn't feel this way dear, do not feel as though you're at fault for anything. If there's anyone at fault, then it should be me, I had separated the both of you, and made you loose your mate, and so I am to be blamed for this." Mother said.
