It was the beta- Carl.

Miranda left the alpha's room to meet with Carl..

"What's the problem?" She asked.

"The company is going bankrupt Luna, I don't think we can still push on, so I came with a suggestion of selling out the shares." Carl said.

"What? How can you say that Carl? How can you suggest we sell our shares?" Miranda asked.

"That's the only way we would be able to save our ass from the disgrace and reproach. we're out of funds to sustain the company, alot of the shareholders are complaining." He explained.

"I don't care whats happening Carl, but the last thing I'll ever think of doing is selling the shares of Darren to an outsider." Miranda replied.

"But Luna, the company isn't in good hands, I mean we have run out of resources and facilities, so how then can we go about this?" Carl asked.

"I don't know, but I'll surely think of something, anything can go in." She replied to him.
