"What she's saying is true, she is your wife." I heard the familiar voice, turning to his direction I got to find out that it was Carl my supposedly beta and the one who has shown me extreme care ever since I came out of the hospital.

I had a little bit of trust for him as he appeared to be someone generous and honest.

And so practically I could believe his words. He came forward to me.

"Alpha." He said with a little bow.

"I should have told you this a long time but then having to be threatened by Miranda I couldn't utter a word, and just remained numb and acted as though I was a fool and was ignorant of all her evil deeds, but I was doing that only to save you Alpha." Carl said.

This was something that stunned me alot, it was more like a surprise and I honestly wasn't expecting to hear things like this.

"Believe me and trust me, I and Vivian are the only ones who truly stands for you, and you can totally put.yout trusts on us without having to get disappointed." Carl s
