The guards stopped at his command as he walked closer to them.

"No one is touching her." He groaned, glaring at both of the guards that held her, and back to Vivian.

They had left her the moment he commanded them to. He was still the Alpha and still had control, regardless of the fact that he doesn't recognize himself to be one.

"Thank you so much baby." She said and hugged him tightly.

"How can you all watch a pregnant woman getting hurt and still you maltreat her?" Darren asked.

The elder stared in silence, no one dared to utter a word as he spake further

"I don't care what she did or didn't do, I wouldn't stand here and watch you maltreat and embarrass her when she is only fighting for her right." He said and Vivian smirked staring at Miranda who shot her a deadly glare.

"She isn't innocent, she's a witch Darren." Miranda immediately said.
