Chapter Nineteen: Reject Her?

2021-10-01 17:00:00The adult members of Tsauno were gathered in the Hall of the Clan House located in the belly of the wild forest, hidden away from the suspicious and questioning glares of humans. Its proximity to the nearest humans abode hundreds of miles away, no human in his right senses would dare venture that far.
Tonight was the last day of the month so they’d all assembled as a Clan to deliberate on their results as suggested by Rico when they first got here. Thus, it had become a monthly ritual for them. All the pups below eighteen years were not permitted to be in the Clan House during school session except on special days and holidays, that of course was excluding wolves needing refuge.
The Chata was built in a manner replicating what they had back home; large enough to accommodate both members and non-members and there were thousands of rooms for that purpose.
