Chapter 45 Intense Arousal

The wolf's growl rumbled low behind Rosette, followed by the sharp snap of his jaws as he took his first bite. The pain was immense, the strength of his jaws controlled, but undeniably present. As his teeth sank into her skin, blood dripping onto the platform, something extraordinary began to happen.

Rosette saw stars, literally. The sky, the clearing, and the surrounding forest all seemed to force their way into her conscious mind. She saw it all with perfect clarity, as if she were experiencing a birth, and needed to be aware of everything happening in that moment.

Within her body, she became aware of another being. It expanded and contracted within her, unable to express itself. Rosette felt its joy at awakening to this life as it faded back into the unknown. It was too bizarre to comprehend, too alien to grasp. Her body was no longer her own. Her entire world went black, and she sank towards the cool stone, surrendering to the unknown.
