I touched the rim of the wine glass and said calmly. “I lend you an elite force headed by Roger and Evelyn, who will help you. As for the alliance, there is no need.”

Alfine remained silent as if thinking about something and finally nodded. “Okay, thank you very much, Alpha.”

“Tell me about Erza right away.” I looked at him coldly. "Don't provoke my patience."

“Now is not the time, but I have this. Do you recognize it?” Alfine pulled a photograph from his pocket and placed it on the table. “This is the kind of sincerity I show.”

I picked up the photo, my heart suddenly throbbing.

“Even though the quality is not very good, I guarantee Alpha can see who the girl in the picture is. This photo was taken two weeks ago; is that enough to believe? If you still don't believe it, you can check it out; it's not photoshop, after all." Alfin said.

My trembling hand touched half of the girl's face; even in the darkness, her eyes still shone. Those eyes absorbed my soul; I just sat there motionless
