November 15th
After that, I spent the rest of the evening in the library improving my Latin and Italian.
I read three books and had a dictionary beside me to help translate any words I didn't yet know.
At around 7 pm Leo came into the room.
November 15thIn the evening, Leo went out without even saying goodbye and left me with Mateo.“What the hell have you done to Leo?” he asked, coming into the library, “He’s fuming.”“I called him out on his bullshit… again,” I muttered, “That man can’t take critic
November 16thLeo's POV:It was far past midnight by the time she finally fell asleep and I could lay next to her, gently stroking her soft blond hair as she breathed gently in a heavy slumber.I love her so much. Let me make that clear. Seeing her so upset by the blood and the look on her face as she begged me to chan
November 16thI woke the next morning groggy-eyed and with a serious lack of enthusiasm for life. Thankfully, Leo was nowhere to be seen, but I could smell him from somewhere in the house.I didn't move for what at least an hour. Nothing was working in terms of motivation so I just gave up trying to get out of the warm comfy bed and lay there staring at the ceiling.
November 16thLeo didn’t come to his senses. But he did receive a text from Luca inviting us to a ‘small gathering’.“Small gathering or raging party?” I asked as I came out of the bathroom to where Leo sat on the bed.“Probably the latter-“ he began before his eyes fell on me.
"What the fuck are you doing?" Leo hissed as he shoved me against his car."I was talking to Allison and Amber. She's a lovely girl actually," I replied honestly, "I can see what you saw in her.""You were disobeying my orders," he corrected."I moved five metres!" I exclaimed. "What is up with you at the moment?!"
November 17thAs Leo scrubbed dried blood off his hands, I went back to the hall to take off my shoes. My phone buzz in my pocket with a notification from Amber."Who's texting you?" Leo asked from the kitchen.
November 18thLeo awoke the next morning in a bad mood. The first thing he did was let out a deep groan before he rolled over and dropped his heavy arm onto my stomach."I can't believe you didn't make me pancakes," he said.
Three hours later, I was in the library. Leo had briefly come in to tell me he was leaving and Luca was coming over in half an hour but that was all I'd seen of him all day.The food situation was becoming dire. For lunch, I had a stale piece of toast and the banana Luca had been worshipping. I wasn't surprised to find it was no more than mediocre.
