Olivia’s POV

I hurriedly contacted the black market ID dealer and asked him to prepare fake ID cards for my parents. No matter how much money was needed, it had to be given to me before midnight.

I watched the time slowly pass by, and I was restless.

When the clock showed half past eleven, I immediately stood up from the sofa and headed to the edge of the forest under the cover of the night.

I arrived at the place as promised, and there were still five minutes before the agreed time. There was no one around.

I completely trusted Alex, so I waited by the stream.

Suddenly I heard footsteps, and I went forward. It was Alex, and behind him were my parents.

"Thank you, Alex." Then I held my mother and planned to leave at once.

But Zoe suddenly stopped me and said, "You can't leave your destined mate,"

I thought to myself: What the hell?

Was the goddess kidding me?

Who was my mate? There was only Alex here.

I was stunned and said to Zoe, "Stop joking, it can't be Alex."
