Eden's heart pounded in her chest as the door to the room burst open, the sound reverberating in her ears. Her body tensed, and she found herself unable to move, paralyzed with fear. Diana's men hurried into the room, their footsteps echoing in the small space. Eden's breathing came in short gasps as she watched them search the room, her eyes wide with terror.
