Eleanor waited up for the Alpha King but he never came to her room or called her to his. She immediately knew something was wrong as she felt uncomfortable in his absence. Their emotional attachment and bond had deepened with every night they spent together, every kiss and touch they shared to the point of knowing when he was not okay.
