Iris is lying sideways facing away from Eros, who is hugging her from behind. Their naked bodies are sweaty and their limbs are tangled. A satiated look on their faces.

"Are you still angry darling?" he asked her softly and planted a kiss on her bare shoulder.

Iris smiled. An hour ago she was so angry that she wanted to curse and break things. She gave him the silent treatment for going to the royal study to meet Mina when he should have been resting.

He apologized and explained that Mina should know her place. He told her it was Mina who turned all the concubines against Iris and tried to hurt her. He expressed that he never thought she would do something like that to trap him. But Iris was not ready to listen to a word he was saying. All she could think about was finding Mina in a half dressed state in front of him.
