She could feel the frostbites forming on her fingertips as she rubbed both of her hands together in an attempt to ignite heat. Her cheeks were flushed red. Although the dense snow was making it difficult for her to breathe, at least it covered her steps and helped her hide.
As she entered more into the desolate wilderness, Serenity could feel her breathe weakening.
