Jacob was standing in front of Anita and Andrew's bedroom door. I looked at Anita and I think we were thinking the same thing. Worried that Jacob might have heard everything we talked about. "Sweetheart, have you been waiting here for long?" I asked him.

He just stares at me for a while and then he smiles at me. "You didn't notice me here?" he asked and took my hand.
