The issue with the Crescent Moon Pack had been settled, but the thoughts that Maya had read were making Carter and Roxy worried. They knew that whoever it was, they would do whatever means were necessary. They thought that the one who was thinking that way had no idea about the guardian and most probably was not one of the Rogue King's allies.
They decided to tighten the security at the villa and keep a closer look at all the packs. Maya was unable to distinguish which pack the threat was from because there were a few more packs arriving during that time.
According to Maya, she would be able to know who they were if she talked to them or if they were the ones they were talking to during those times. Maya also added that the threat was serious even if it weren't from the Rogue King himself.
