I walked into his suite and immediately got into a shower. I felt exhausted too. After taking a shower, I changed my clothes and headed to bed. When I climbed into bed, I fell asleep immediately. Showering is a great way to relax and relieve stress and can also make you feel more energized. Warm water helps to soothe tired muscles and a change of clothes can make you feel refreshed.
