23 - Rejection

Alpha King's POV

My heart sank, and I felt a sharp pain in my heart and throughout my body. All the nerves and veins in my body began to ache. I clutched my chest to relieve some pain but it did not change anything. The pain of rejection is much more intense than the first time shifting into my wolf form. I couldn't breathe properly. I felt like hell. I have never experienced anything like this before.

How could she reject me? I do everything for her. Alpha Ryan deserved to be punished, so I punished him. He himself accepted the punishment. Then why did she reject me? I can't bear this pain. I have to reject her rejection.

When I looked at her, she was shaking uncontrollably. Alpha Ryan was completely shocked that he stood there staring at her. Kate's left-hand wound opened again and it started to bleed. I press the button to call the doctor about my pain. Through the pain, I said to Alpha Ryan, "Alpha Ryan, what are you looking at? Call the doctor."
