Ezequiel was about to leave the room when he saw his mother standing at the entrance.
“Mama?” he went forward to hold her hand and brought her to his study chair. “What brought you here? You should have called me.”
“I just wanted to spend some time with you but I guess you are already leaving.”
“This can wait, mama.” He settled himself in front of her.
“You were supposed to be here for three days. And tonight you are leaving … so you won’t be there for the rest of the meetings Ezequiel?” Maria James was an extremely beautiful woman with dimples on her cheeks.
“I would be back mama. I will be back before noon.”
“hmm.” She looked around his room then her eyes fell on her son who seemed sitting there all relaxed but the way he was shaking his left foot told her that he was in a hurry.
